Preferred helped us out in arranging a meeting and stay at SS Rotterdam

Preferred helped us out in arranging our meeting and stay at SS Rotterdam, specifically assisted by Eveline Gerritsen. Our group was quite complex because of some people coming from other countries and people that constantly changes their plans due to unexpected circumstances, but Eveline has accommodated us very well and patiently with all our requests and demands. She was able to give me all the information that I need and made sure that I am well informed before our stay. Everything was a very positive experience with them and I would surely go back for their assistance in the future and recommend them as well to others.

Great communication

This week I had a great experience with Preferred Hotel Reservations (namely Roos) when I was dealing with a payment for my hotel stay during a conference. The response time was almost immediate and my problem was resolved quickly. Thank you very much.
