I Prefer is een vorm van oplichting

Preferred hotels heeft een loyality programma en dat heet I Prefer.

In dit programma heb ik de hoogste status Titanium en dan krijg je bij de aangesloten hotels vele voordelen, bijvoorbeeld een welkomst amenity, additional bonus points, food & beverage offer, early check in/late check out en een room upgrade.

Dit is nu de 2e keer dat ik geboekt hebt via hun site en ik heb geen van de voordelen gekregen.
Ze stoppen je gewoon in de goedkoopste kamer en je krijgt verder niks wat bij je status hoort.

Dit leidt tot heel vervelende discussie bij de receptie, vervelend voor mij maar ook voor het personeel wat niets weer van het loyality programma.

Het loyality programma van Preferred Hotels (i Prefer) is een scam. Trap hier niet in!
