Today me and my partner are waiting for our food which we order at around 20:00 pm but its been an hour that the order didnt arrive so we called to the rider the one who deliver the food and he just said he already deliver it on us and he put it outside the door (hanging on the doorknob) my partner check it outside but theres no food there at all. The thing is that door isnt the maindoor on the house and lots of tenant just come and go there so its not ideal for your delivery driver to put it there because someone will steal it from the outsiders that passingby on the street..they didnt even ring the bell on the neighboor so that driver can put it inside the apartment building. Even if me and my partner we keep calling about it the restaurant refuse to even say nothing and tells us its our fault. This cost as 25 euro total. Now we couldnt eat nothing and we lost money.!
