Since Karen Oliver and Lisa have become…

Since Karen Oliver and Lisa have become involved as estate management for Valley Fields, I feel that they have a genuine interest in improving the estate, this is not an easy task as a lot of residents show little or no interest in the estate or what the directors and Prime are trying to do, most of the residents see a pot of money but do not fully understand the reason it is there( for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure of the estate,) The team have brought a new energy to the management of the estate and I look forward to the continued input and results they are helping implement. Well done all.

Great experience …

Can't fault the communication from the team. The estate is tidy and well looked after. Been dealing mainly with Abigail Morton, who has been brilliant. Everything is explained clearly. All avenues are considered. Always tries to get most cost effective solution
, where possible, which is greatly appreciated.

Preim team and Badersfield, Norfolk.

Abigail and the team at Preim have been outstanding with dealing with the day to day issues that arise with our community at Badersfield, Norfolk.
The secret to this success is down to open channels of communication, recognition of the needs for confidentiality, mutual respect for all and a desire to ‘get it right’ for the benefit of the community.
We welcome the site visits and shareholder surgeries during the year, but also acknowledge the exceptional work of John, James and Cheyenne, our amazing on-site team.

Dealing with Abigail Morton has…

Dealing with Abigail Morton has restored my trust in Preim.
I must admit dealing with Damien and Damon left much to be desired.
Sorry for been so "blunt"but they did not seem to have us as residents as a priority whereas Abigail makes you feel important.

I have been living on the Badersfield…

I have been living on the Badersfield Estate for 16 years, John, James & Cheyenne are a credit to Preim they keep everywhere looking beautiful at all times of the year on the Estate. They work very hard, they are always friendly and very approachable.
I dread to this what it would look like without them!

Preim/Monksmoor Park

I've been a member of the Monksmoor Park Steering Committee for about 7 or 8 years I've found Preim & especially Shaun Mundyto be friendly & easy to deal with. My only concern is when Shaun is not available that concern raised seems to take a long time before you receive a reply.

Badersfield

John, James and Cheyenne are great.
In the 12 years I've been living here the Badersfield estate is always well maintained, they are all very approachable and any issues that may arise are all ways dealt with promptly and professionally. The place wouldn't be the same without them. They are a credit to Preim.

Very Happy Resident

I've been living on Badersfield Estate for 16 years now and I'm very thankful for the ground maintenance team (John, James and Cheyenne).
They work hard in all weather to keep the estate looking immaculate.
They are always approachable and they'll always sort out any maintenance issues you have.
They are an absolute credit to the company.

I recently spoke with shivraj regarding…

I recently spoke with shivraj regarding a few issues on the woburn drive estate (peterborough) and from start to finish he was professional,polite and knowledgeable he took the time to carefully go through each question I had.
It's refreshing dealing with someone who actually cares about the work they do these days
By the end of our conversation all my queries had been answered/resolved
Shivraj is a credit to preim hopefully he gets some recognition for his hard work
Once again thanks to shivraj for his help

Happy Resident

I have been living on the Badersfield estate for around 3 years and the work that our ground maintenance staff (James & Cheyenne) put into keeping the estate looking immaculate never ceases to amaze me. They are out in all weathers and are always very approachable. They are a testament to the company.

The same also goes to all the Preim office staff and Abbie who is always on hand if there is an issue.

Poor turn out for AGM

I would like to say that I think Preim are doing a good job with managing our estate. I don't think there are any issues with health and safety issues being resolved.

Oliver has taken over the managing and every time I have contacted/spoke to him, he seems to have the interest of our estate under control.

My main concern is that we recently had our AGM via teams and there was only TWO members of the estate attending, myself and another lady.
Although Oliver conducted the meeting in a professionable way, he was discussing trying to find someone within the estate to become a director to sign off certain aspects of running the estate.
My concerns are that if only TWO people were interested enough to attend the meeting, how are they going to find someone to fulfill this important roll?
Apparently Preim have received communication from someone on the estate but the concerning fact is that this person did not attend the meeting. I can confirm this as it wasn't me or the other lady! These rolls are very important and are not to be taken lightly, so in my opinion its important that the right person taking this roll on is found.

Staff that iv encountered are really…

Staff that iv encountered are really professional and responsive. They did a little Easter egg on the Estate for the kids which was nice. I do question the value for money with the Estate fees but the costs have gone up slower than my other bills and I did get a small refund last year.

Positive Review

Over many years I have sporadically experienced the same issue which I must always bring to the attention of Preim in order to enable it to be resolved, through no fault of Preim. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, my e-mails are replied to and works carried out in a timely fashion to my satisfaction.

Incompetent, Arrogant and lazy workers

They will constantly avoid carrying out repairs and maintenance in the estate. It is that bad that residents have to constantly organise and clean up the area. The kids play area is so dirty and filled with broken glass and a tree stump not cut process it creates a puncture hazard but they wouldn't come out to sort it! Preim would use your payments to give company bonuses to their managers, do not use Preim!

A maintenance regime is in place for the communal areas of the estates we manage, and children’s play areas are always treated as a priority. However, we recognise that issues can sometimes arise between scheduled visits.

We encourage residents to report any concerns to us directly, particularly where there may be a health and safety issue such as broken glass or a potential trip or puncture hazard. Any such reports will be reviewed promptly and appropriate action taken.

We would also like to reassure residents that service charge funds are only used for the management, maintenance and upkeep of the estate – in line with the relevant budget and legal obligations. They are not used in the way suggested in your review.

Please contact us directly with the estate name and details of the issues raised so we can look into this properly.

Annual General Meeting

Oliver recently hosted our AGM. Oliver was extremely efficient courteous and knowledgeable in dealing with my queries and those raised by other residents. I thought it a great success and well worth having.

AGM on 'Teams'

In a recent AGM on 'Teams', in which I was the only householder present, Oliver dealt with the matters to be discussed in a straightforward and helpful manner. He noted my comments and agreed to enquire whether my suggestions could be looked at/implemented.
It was good to meet Oliver, who was very friendly and welcoming. During the meeting I felt I could ask any questions that I needed to and that I was being listened to.
