Hello Guys
As the owner of the idea and product, we started the product evaluation process with them, which was a sweet and constructive experience. They were an experienced team with the complete chain of expertise we needed. In the initial phase, we were satisfied with our joint cooperation, and this cooperation helped us to have a more comprehensive view of the challenges ahead and the market and user expectations of our product. This was very helpful, because, as the product owner, we avoided a bigger risk at a reasonable cost.
Currently, our cooperation has entered the next phase, and after it is finished, we will share more comments and details about our joint experience with them in the second phase.
Doing a prelaunch campaign turned out to be a really smart move. It gave us product insight about the features that are most important to customers, demographics as well as what price points to consider. Feedback from potential buyers looked genuine – some expected, some unexpected – but therefore very helpful in positioning our product for crowdfunding and eventual launch into the broader market. The Prelaunch team is experienced and gave us great support and guidance throughout the prelaunch campaign.
Prelaunch has a fairly good system to help us validate our product. We were able to get some good insight into the market response and how we should position our product.
Our project manager, who did an amazing job understanding and involving with our project offering his dedication and being always available to support us, deserves special recognition. We started the validation and prelaunch process on our own, but we were not getting enough leads and people engagement. As soon as TCF took over, everything changed 360 degrees; our leads increased, our followers increased, and our subscriptions increased. They did a great job using and applying their great marketing tools. My only suggestion is that they improve the communication, especially with operation departments like on boarding and finance.
Prelaunch helped us get great insights about our product and realise the potential that it would have.
This is very important when you are thinking in investing in a crowdfunding project. It could save you time and money in the long run.
This is a professional team with each player knowledgeable an cohesive to create a complete picture.
Product representation crafting,
A/B testing to ensure best reception,
Valuable listening and informational skills,
Detailed reporting of results and adapting to audience feedback,
Exceptional support and contact with skilled guides along the way though they handle all the effort needed.
Truly professional and heartful at the same time!

I feel it will be more beneficial to you if I unpack a single rating into categories:
Trust: everything about my experience ended up building trust. There isn't anything I can think of that made me feel anxious or skeptical. Actually a big part of my decision to work with prelaunch was they share the risk with the client. There are no hefty upfront fees, no hyped up pitches, and that is rather rare as a business model.
Competence: they nailed the FB ads better than anybody else.
Communication: I prefer a more direct way of saying things, and they started more corporated. Some would call it more diplomatic, I call it fake. But this got sorted right away.
Results: I don't think it would be fair to rate them here. If you expect to hand off your business or product to a third party and they do all the heavy lifting for you, that is probably not the best way to go about it.
Yes, I would have liked them to guide me more and come up with strategies based on their experience. But that is a big ask, and I know it.
So. Prelaunch.com is a good choice. But the thing that keeps bugging me is that they are good because the alternatives are mediocre. I wish someone would rise to the challenge and be genuinely badass.

I used to back a lot of projects on Kickstarter and Indiegogo.
However, the problem is many don't live long enough to deliver their products, so they end up losing money for the people who help bring them to life.
Prelaunch guarantees the product is either made successfully or backers are refunded.
It's a better value proposition than using crowdfunding.

Prelaunch does nor comply with the rules they publish. The project i invested in has not delivered what the promised. Prelaunch states they will have the control over deposits and give back they money if project does not comply. They dont give my money back and say it is in hands of the launching company, which does not answer to reuqests.

I paid a pre-launch deposit on Fuell motorcycle. It was clearly stated that the deposit was refundable until the launch of the product, which I obviously imagined to mean the product became available for order. For pre-launch "launch" means that the motorcycle can be ordered by paying the full $10000 amount even though the production date is more than 18 months away and hasn't even been defined by the manufacturer. Both prelaunch and Fuell have refused to refund my deposit. Do not use prelaunch and definitely do not put down a deposit on a fuell motorcyle. They're just scammers.
