Best customer service and prices in Puerto Rico

I received the best customer service you could ask for. After ordering the unit they reached out to confirm delivery address, explained the process, including IVU sales tax through SURI, delivery ETA. Essentially covered everything so I know exactly what to expect. The overall process was as smooth as it can be, anyone who has imported into Puerto Rico knows the troubles with Hacienda / SURI. PR Electric Direct streamlines the process from start to finish. I am very happy to state I received delivery of my new inverter generator within 13 days of ordering it.
