I rated my product as good which it was..according to their guidelines. I took photos.. they didn't ask to see them. They offered a fair price however when they received it they rated it as poor...definitely wasn't and offered me a much lower price. Used magnifying lamps to check it...well if it's not visible to the naked eye means it is in good condition. I've requested it to be returned to me. I rather give it away than be cheated. Will never use them again

Quick service. Updates to say when the item had been received, when it was with higher personel to look over phone an email was sent again and then with outcome which was great service.

Process was more or less exactly as described. The need to do a complete factory reset came as a surprise and prompted several views of a u tube vide before getting it done. Not difficult. Asked to supply PIN which was a surprise as I would have thought a factory reset would have made this unnecessary? Companies need to remember that older people still exist and not everyone has been brought up with IT.

I sent them a phone in perfect condition, they then damaged the phone and tried to tell me I'd sent it to them this way. Beware if your sending them your tech.

Very easy to use. Acknowledged receipt of phone. I had advised incorrect GB (my bad) so they alerted me to that. Also advised I had screen burn (which I had never heard of before) which was unfortunate and which led to my initial valuation being decreased. However, I couldn't argue as they are the tech experts re phones, not me. Accepted revised quote and money received same day. All in all took a week so very fast.

This was my first experience of using the services of Preloved Tech, I’ve been looking around for a few months to upgrade my trusty IPhone 7 to something a little faster, I was due an upgrade from my network provider “EE” for over 700 days when I finally started looking, I’d moved to sim only years ago as the 2 year costs of continually upgrading to the latest phone tech just got futile.
On researching I found the best phone for me would be the IPhone 12 Pro, it’s 5g ready and I would need at least 128g memory.
The market is replete with refurbishment companies, I personally have 30 years in the IT industry, my advice would be to go with a certified refurb company, you should get what it states in the advert, and I was looking for a grade “A” IPhone, this is where choosing a certified refurb company comes in, as in many places grading can be somewhat subjective.
Amazon or EBay have these types of quality refurb companies, just look out for the certification in the advert.
My choice was for an IPhone 12 Pro 128g from Preloved Tech advertising on EBay and with a 10% discount, this does max out at £60 off the listed price.
I placed the order and choose to pick up the phone myself as they are based locally for my place of work in Telford, I was met outside by the owner and was handed the phone scanned the EBay bar code and advised of the warranty, after a pleasant conversation I left to go back to work.
On opening the package, it came in a brand new certified Apple refurb box, certified and new cable and even a new pin to eject the sim slider.
The phone itself seriously looked like it had come straight out of production, immaculate.
Transfering from my old Apple phone to the new one was an absolute breeze, gone are the days of ITunes back up for sure.
Total 5 star service and product!!!
