I bought premium to use one of their premium file hosts. Their premium uses a different site, hence a different trust pilot, which should be your first red flag. Once I bought premium, the file hoster I wanted to use had a rate limit that was not mentioned before, and was so low I couldn't download anything of importance.
I sent a lot of emails, non existent customer service.

The links work most of the time if you are a premium member. Having a good time using the service.
I didn't get my premium account after payment.

This site is amazing! It supports all sorts of file hosting domains, with ease of use. Recently I had issues with one of the hosting websites, and contacted their admin. They were able to fix the problem and get back to me real quick. I have decided to renew my premium subscription for the next term.

Before buying, I wanted to clarify a few questions.
First, I wrote to the support on the site and waited for a few days for a response. The answer to the mail did not come (there were no letters even in spam).
A few days later, I wrote to the email address indicated on the site and waited for a response for a few more days. There was no answer.
I refrained from buying it.
Bad experience. I paid 8 € for a premium account, but I did not get it. I also didn't get any reply from the support.
