Staff were brilliant, daughter enjoyed her whole day. Cannot wait for next time she says :-)

The glow in the dark dogeball and nurf made it great. Also Ayotola said that making bracelets was the best thing that she liked.

Really nice to have a dedicated performing arts week that was different to just standard holiday club. Kids had a good time and were exhausted each day after. The show at the end of the week was really lovely but wasn’t very clear to the parents when it was or that it was happening which made it hard to plan to join.

Both children had a great time while attending, staff always friendly and helpful, keeping me upto date with what's been happening during the day.
Would recommend 100% if anyone is thinking of sending children to these holiday clubs.

Our son loved the holiday camp. The staff were friendly welcoming and understanding. It was easy to book. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the fact we couldn't book a full week as venue didn't do Monday to Friday.

My grandson went to premier education holiday club this Easter and absolutely loved it. He said he has lots of fun and made new friends. He said all the staff were nice and friendly. He came home each day very happy telling me all that he had done during the day.

My little boys first time at a new club and his experience he had resulted in a safeguarding situation I’m so disappointed for him

Kids had lots of fun.

Very convenient and flexible for us adults. Easy to book and change days once you've figured out how to pay using tax free childcare (I keep forgetting and have to click around a lot to remind myself). Kids feel safe and enjoy the activities, especially if their friends are there on the same days. Only criticism is one fine day they spent indoors the whole time, no email/online confirmation of relevant contact details for the day (I think you have to ask for a number at drop off) and being directed to provide a healthy snack for the day - I would've spelled out give them a full packed lunch so as to avoid confusion. I've yet to figure out how to access a timetable of activities in advance, my kids keep complaining about missing their preferred days but it's not a deal breaker.

When Brenda is there it's amazing. When she'd not the kids do not enjoy it. They say the other coaches are rude and not kind, especially the females.

I was hesitant at first, having sent my shy kids to a holiday club for the first time. However their feedback after their first day there was really positive.
They were well looked after, included and felt safe.
Thank you to all the staff, especially Louis for taking care of my kids, and giving them an enjoyable experience, one they will cherish.

My son has had a fantastic time and absolutely loves the holiday club. He always goes with so much excitement and looks forward to every session. It’s no surprise, as Mr Cooper from F&B is amazing and always makes sure all of the children have a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
