No form of contact via email or phone. Tried searching for a number to make a query and didn’t find one. I also tried to email but it bounced back as automated. My kids didn’t even attend the club as there was no form of contact prior to booking with further information of where to drop off etc.

My child had a fantastic experience at the half term club. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that the staff had created a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment. Each day was filled with a great variety of activities that kept the children entertained, active, and excited to come back.

The communication from the team was excellent throughout. We were kept well informed about schedules, activities, and any updates, which gave real peace of mind. The staff were approachable, friendly, and clearly very attentive to the children’s needs.

Most importantly, my child had so much fun and came home every day full of stories and enthusiasm. It’s clear a lot of thought and care goes into planning the programme. I would highly recommend this half term club to any parent looking for a safe, well-organised, and enjoyable experience for their child.

I asked my daughter if she enjoyed her day and she said not really, I asked why and she said that whenever anyone hurt themselves they just didn’t seem to care and all they said was “to drink some water”
She was also upset that an autistic boy in the class was finding it all exhausting and wanted to rest and reset for a bit but apparently he wasn’t allowed to do that. So yeah I think the content of the
Day is all good but the compassion and empathy seems to be missing?

My son has been multiple times and he absolutely loves it! The team are amazing and so interactive with so many activities on offer. Thank you to Claire who manages each holiday camp so smoothly, you do an amazing job and for a working mum knowing my child is in good hands means a great deal!

Children didn’t want to go so wasted money booking two days.
Not well signposted - rang the number I was emailed to ring if any problems and it went to voicemail, eventually found it and anybody can just walk into the classroom which was a concern for me.
So although it was annoyingly children didn’t want to go I was happy because I would have worried all day about the security - and this wasn't just because it was drop off time as I was an hour later than drop off time.

Our son had a great time, all the staff were brilliant. It’s only his second time attending camps and he can’t wait to go back again!

Staff Joe Thurley and Danie Bell were very supportive and helpful.
My son enjoyed many fun activities to take part in, like sports, arts and crafts, team games, and even some exciting outdoor challenges. I would definitely recommend to other children.

Amazing group of coaches at Manor Leas in North Hykeham. Shout out to coach Sully and team you made my child have the best week ever he wanted to come back at the weekend. The team adapted to his needs and gave him that extra TLC he needed. I can’t thank you enough.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to sports club! Genuinely asks to come again which says a lot. She's entertained the whole day through and it's great value.
I just wish there were some female instructors at the club we use as it all seems to be men and I think it would encourage more girls to join up.

Staff are amazing and my kids have had a blast, totally recommend Woodgrange Infant School and we will definitely be back again for the holiday camp.

Jamal and IMAAN were always eager to attend the programmes couple with the fact that, they were cared for efficiently. The staffs are always readily available and accessible, the children are also learning different skills all the time.

The coaches gave my child a fun and sporty day including games like dodgeball, football etc.

Lovely team. We have been using Premier Education for about a year now and the service is spot on. My son also loves going to their holiday clubs.

My Girls always look forward to coming, the coaches are amazing, they always have the best time, while trying something new or practicing more skills.
