They came on time, they were friendly and professional. My mother initially wanted 2 toilets to be replaced, they brought 2 but then my mother changed her mind and wanted all 3 replaced. They were very accommodating, they got another toilet and installed it. My mother is very impressed with her new bathrooms and walk in shower. Thank you.

Initially, I wanted a jacuzzi bath installed, but after a second look at the measurements, it was not feasible. I appreciated this as they were not abt to jimmy rig something that would go against code or would not work at all over time. After careful thought, I decided to go with a soaking tub instead, with the surrounding walls to go along with it. I have to say that Bob and his crew did a wonderful job! They were professional, efficient and kept the area clean. I would definitely recommend.

The installers are really nice and they answer all my questions

Everything went well until the final payment was made. Then Steve the installiation manager became as unprofessional as possible. Answers like “I told you, it’s not going to happen “. We received the incorrect shower head and he said well you should have read the contract better. We offered to pay for a new one. Today he said they are not scheduling any additional on’s because they are just too busy. This is how you are treated after spending $15K. Screw them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Premier Home Pros are truly professional. 2 teams worked hard to fully refit my family bathroom using excellent materials. They also installed new stone tiles on my kitchen floor. After each of these jobs the men completely cleaned up which few teams do. The price was somewhat expensive but was justified due to the superior materials and the long hours of labor it took to complete these 2 jobs. I highly recommend this company and all it's staff and sub contractors. Tom

Took a lot for them to cut out my old tub, cutting through the cement foundation and routing a section to reroute new piping. My wife was pleased that she didn’t have to deal with dust while they were working. The wife was pleased with the overall work and pricing of the project

We did a tub and shower conversion to a walk-in shower. The work was done exactly as we had asked. The installers were very professional. They did the work in one day, cleaned up very well, and included us in any and all decisions. We are very happy with the job that was done, and we would gladly advise others interested in a bathroom remodel to contact Premier Home Pros.

Where do I begin so had a sales person come out in March and then they said they would start the begin of April they didn't start until April 23 they tore out our walls and they took our bathtub out the city found out and put a stop work order the same day we have since tried calling the higher ups and the one guy went off on my mom and the other guy that is supposed to be higher than him doesn't answer his phone so we are stuck with open walls no shower and no answers I have went to the building inspectors office and talked to them they said the company hasn't tried to pull any permits and hasn't contacted them. I would suggest to do research on the company before signing a contract oh and the best part is we are still under contract even thoughing they haven't done the job

I had spoken with others to get estimates but I chose Premier because of Mick. I got a great and peaceful vibe from him. I felt that he was sincere and honest about helping us with our needs and keeping within our budget. The installers were just as great. They worked hard and got the job done. They were very professional and treated me and my home with respect. They were organized, paid attention to details and did a great job with the install. I cannot say enough good things about them. I had lots of choices but I’m glad that I chose this company and my bathroom looks terrific.

Matt did excellent work, everything came out beautifully.

The crew was very professional and thorough. Created a barrier around the room where the work was being carried out to prevent dust from the remodeling activity from getting into other portions of the house. The job was completed at the time that was provided up front. Definitely highly recommend Premier Home Pros…
