It’s a scam, paid £56 and don’t answer the email either the phone!!! They should be remove from the website. Paid for next day delivery and I been stupid going online, better off to halford or local shops

I ordered some number plates on the website which was to my own design.
Understood that I had to send some documentation which was easy and recieved the plates a few days later.
The plates arrived different to the order confirmation with the spacings on different places. I understand the laws of number plates, but if they can't do what I want then let me know before I order. I have tried to call numerous times and get cut off every time. Have also emailed 4 times asking for a call back and no reply.
I'm very disappointed in the customer service from this company and urge everyone who would like to purchase some new number plates to use a more reputable and professional company as these muppets must be running this outfit from their kitchen.

Just ordered plates online then immediately told afterwards that I need to send the documents to a PO Box.
What a scam, there was nothing on the website in clear writing. Have tried to go to their FAQ`s and Contact Us online and it goes straight to Error page.
Please stay away from this scammer. Go to Halfords or another shop

Order placed on Wednesday night at 9pm. Got a T&C email saying I would have to send proof of V750 and proof of identity but got a phone call within 5 minutes saying it wouldn’t be necessary and I just needed to provide the V750 code.
Plates were made that night, shipped first thing on Thursday and arrived by 11am Friday.

Tape arrived with the plates and the plates are great quality - absolutely no complaints and would recommend this company

Utter scam, Cesar Rocca routinely rips people off, its not business its a con. This guy wants shutting down.

Only after I placed the order did they warn me I needed to send additional documents. There was a warning on the website but it was not clearly indicated and very easy to miss (I think they do this intentionally). They would not provide a refund.

Please, just go to Halfords who can print you a license plate in less than 5 mins! Its quick and easy.

Scam!! Do not order number plates, they take your money then send an email saying you have to send your original passport and original V5... I am not sending such important documents so asked for a refund. THEY FLAT REFUSED. Who in their right mind is going to send them original passport!! Requested claim back of payment to them from my bank.

If you are looking for show or alternative plates AVOID this guy. Despite the Plate Creator & order confirmation clearly displaying what you have entered and therefore lead you to believe you've order the guy runs behind MUCH smaller written text that says that despite the large graphic image shown you will only get standard layout plates. Even if you contact them straight away the guy runs behind the wording and says rudely there is nothing he can do as the "instruction has gone electronically to the company that makes the plates - so even that is farmed out!!!!
Did begrudgingly say he would refund the postage and packing cost as this hadn't been incurred BUT THREE WEEKS LATER this still hasn't happened.

The fact that you have to send documents like driving license in the post is hidden in the T&C. It becomes clear when this guy has your payment, then if like me you do not feel comfortable sending confidential docs to a PO box, you will get rude emails and no money back. Avoid this company at all costs. Look at other review online, many have fallen foul of this and i have never come across such a rude and uncaring business owner in my life.

Scam! Mislead informations, it looks like you will pay £10 for plate and easy Id confirmation by providing driving license number and logbook number...and on payment part you will find out that it is £15(extra 5 for 48h delivery fixed) after payment you discover that they required special YOUR ORIGINAL DOC, send to the PO BOX by special delivery! Well, another £5-8 and few days to wait!
No, cancel even straight after because they have information about it hide in theys T&C. so no plates and no money - I believe that there are extremely naive and... people who send such important and sensitive documents into some suspicious PO BOX, but spare yourself time, money and nerves and use a different company, send them scans by email and don't pay extra hidden costs, and don't risk by sending them yours documents
