Don't do business with these people!

On 8/20/26 I sought to purchase a 8 x 12 storage shed from Premier Portable Buildings (Formerly known asPharming Capital LLC) through Discount General RV in Dothan, AL.

On 9/1/26 Andre the contractor used by Premier Portable Buildings called to tell me the shed was going to be delivered on that day. I canceled plans in order to be home to receive it. The driver, a Hispanic male brought me a delivery paper to sign prior to removing the fork lift from the building. Afterwards he sat the lift back on the truck bed and left.

While he was loading the lift, I walked around the shed to inspect it for damages and found the left side of roof where he had the forklift was damaged (scraped badly) so I tried to stop the driver but he pulled off and kept going. I called back to Discount General and was told to call Premier Portable Buildings who gave me run around after run around. Until finally Ashley from Discount General got Andre from Premier Portable on the phone. Andre swore left and right that they would get it fixed before it the 1st payment was due and that someone would call me at least 24-48 hours prior so that I could be home to let them into my yard.

Instead I got a random call Thursday, 9/17, from Ashley telling me that they were in the area and wanted to come out that day. I'm a registered nurse, I can't just leave work over three hours away at will to unlock a gate for them. I told them that I needed at least 24 hours prior like we agreed upon.

Today 9/21, I called Andre to see when someone would be out to fix the building. He got smart with me, was nonchalant and unprofessional, then said that they could just come pick it up. I called Haley at Discount General who agreed with me that what Andre had done was unprofessional and that she would leave a message for Joseph Kyle McCord the sales manager. I was talking in my regular tone, but immediately he started falsely accusing me and insulting me with his low IQ, unprofessional, and derogatory behavior. I have all conversations recorded.

It was only while filing my complaint that I learned of the many lawsuits they have had against them for breeching contracts, fraud, and over charging customers. The name change definitely didn't fix their lack of integrity. These people think that they can degrade, demean, and talk to you any kind of way with no consequence. They have horrible business practices. I purchased new, not used, not damaged. Anything anyone purchases new and in excellent condition needs to be in new and excellent condition when it arrives to the customers door and before they take possession of it. Anything less than what is paid for is fraud.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible.
