Keep away. Constant request for money for fabricated reasons clearly a lack of clarity as to what you are paying for. I am very surprised there are any positive reviews given the volume of negative reviews. Begs a question as to their legitimacy. Still getting requests for money years after ending my relationship. Phone # on this website is non- operational. Anyone know Mark Adam’s who is sending me the latest round of emails looking for money supposedly for copywright infringement for a logo I paid for both the design and supposedly registration.

This is the largest fraudulent marketing agency in the USA. They only exist to sabotage your business. They will bribe you to pay them thousands or they will actually create fake profiles and post 1 start google reviews. Everything that comes from their mouths is a lie.

I’ve been working with them for the past year, and they’ve done a much better job managing my online presence than big names like GoDaddy etc. I first hired them for a logo, but now they handle everything for me—from branding to marketing. They’re a one-stop shop, and my Account Manager is highly experienced. His skills have impressed me so much that I’ve already recommended them to my friends. I definitely suggest using this company for all your digital needs.

This company is a scam.

They don't respond, complete only half of what you discuss and never reach the end result. They take your money and mislead you. The company has also changed names several times.
I started working with Vista Web Designs and then it changed to another company in-between and now is Premier Logo Designs.

Stay Away from this company. They are not located within the states and are a ghost if you need them or need a complete website.

Do not trust this company and do not give them any money.

This company is a scam, they keep adding more charges even after I paid for design, website, maintenance contract. The site was hacked 2 times in less than 6 months. They let the SSL expire and now want $500 more for a 3 year multi site SSL, for an informational site. No online transactions, only referrals to direct communication.
Now they won't release the site I paid for. Want to sell me something I don't need, and claim they can't send me the file for my website because I need to buy the SSL to access the file.

The worst experience! A total scam. They took our money and ran. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Took our domain and then ghosted us. The representative that worked with us "goes by the name" of Michael Bernard. Stay clear!

Paid for a logo package for a logo to be designed and was told its mine no one can use it that its trademarked. Then after i get logo now i need to pay additional money to "legally" file paperwork to have everything trademarked. So i do that then 3 months later i get a Cease and Desist Notice that i didnt pay an additional $1,000 to finalize it. But when i called and gave the trademark company my case number to prove "my ownership"(as the company who made my logo emailed me) they said it never existed. I go to call all the numbers for company and every single one is disconnected and website is also down. NOW i have no idea whats going on with my business i worked and payed so much money to get operating and threatened of being sued if i dont fix it!??

Complete SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THEM. LUCKILY, the bank verified information and completed fraud investigation

These guys work as a team and make your website and email like everything. After a couple of months they start telling you that either your bandwidth is running low or your email needs to be upgraded storage wise. I spent over $2500 and i have lost it all to these guys. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Horrible company. STAY AWAY!!! I made the mistake of hiring them for a small logo design a few years ago. Not only did they not complete the work, they keep on harassing me with emails (even though I don’t use any of their material at all) and even when I’ve told them to stop contacting me. Again, spend your money elsewhere.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. They trick you by thinking their scammy websites are legit when they have them listed on top of the search engine results. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Late responses for work, continuous payments with fake news of them saying it will get done... you will never get your stuff, and if you do it will not be great quality.

The company is a scam; I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. I read other reviews, and they have the game figured out and have done it to other people. They have multiple names: Premier Logo Designs, Creative Designs Agency, Amazon Logo Designs, and Alternative New York. They are all from India but adopt American names. I paid them for several services, including a pre-paid one-year web maintenance, but the poor guys cannot even update the plugins for the web page. This is how they work:
• Offer a low price, asking you to pay at front to save money.
• Start the project but never finish it, and ask for more money to fix the problem.
• They offered other services, promising to work on the previous issue.
• Once confronted, they promise they will work on the issue
• When asking for the money back, they promise to do it later
• Later arrives, and they terminate communication
With all the money paid, they will not answer the phone, respond to emails or texts, and block me from the chat on their webpage.

We hired this company to a three month contract to grow our social media followers to 10000. They didn’t get ONE new follower; and not only that, they assigned over 200 fake accounts to our page claiming that it was “part of their process.” This company is deceptive and incompetent. The work that they produced was late and chalked with errors and excuses. If I could give the. Less than a one, I would. Horrible experience.

Don’t used this company. They are scammer. I used them before and they still owe me a job that is not done yet until now and its almost 2 years now. They scam me about $500.

Find something else to value your time and money.

Literally a scam. I was called by a guy name Logan and Jason and was told that someone in California was trying to still my logo and that they could help me trademark my logo internationally. I gave in and gave them money but then after that they started pushing for money again I realized that the company was scam.
