Many thanks to Ray and Andy. They did a fantastic job sorting the problem my parents had with pigeons accessing into the roof area. The problem area was fully cleaned, heavy duty mesh, spikes and gel applied. They were friendly and efficient. Recommend Premier Pest Control NW. Andy, Crosby, Liverpool.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to an enquiry email from a lovely friendly woman. Pigeon problem was resolved within days by Andy and his colleague who cleaned the area and put spikes in place. They were really professional and explained everything they were going to do. Work was completed within a short time. I then had the best night sleep in months without being woken by the pigeons! Would highly recommend.

We awoke on Monday morning to find wasps swarming outside our bedroom window. We realised we had a nest up by the gutter, rang Premier Pest Control, spoke to Lindsey who was very helpful and by Tuesday Dave rang to arrange a time to come. He arrived at 12 o’clock, explained what he would be doing and sorted it out and that was the end of the wasps!! Thank you for a marvellous service.

I personally dealt with Drew over flea problem, he done a thorough job and as promised he called me back for a follow up visit to make sure everything was gone. I highly recommend this company 👌

Had excellent service from Andy, Drew and their team. They sorted our problem of nesting pidgeons , cleaned and blocked up hole to stop anymore nesting birds. Spiked some areas around roof to stop pidgeons landing and help prevent bird muck landing on house paintwork . Highly recommend this company .Anne Crosby

Absolutely unbelievable service from these guys. Wasps nest in the wall which meant they were all through the house. Response time was amazing and Drew was just brilliant. I hope I never need your services again but if I do, you’re top of my list. Cannot thank you enough guys

I had a wasp nest problem in my loft. I rang this firm and the next day they came and removed it. A very efficient job done and advice given with a friendly attitude. No mess no problem, and a good price considering the difficult position the nest was in. I would recommend them.

We were over run with red ants in the back garden. We had 2 treatments on the grass from Ray and its been brilliant, we have our garden back. Would definitely recommend the company and would use them again.

We have used Premier on several of our developments for planned pest control. However if we ask them to attend to a reactive job they are happy to assist and attend site in a timely manner.

Had a wasp nest inside brickwork. I called Premier due to locality and great reviews. Lovely person on the phone took me through everything. Pest control person who came was also super lovely and job was no trouble at all. Wasps were gone pretty much immediately! Thanks so much.

The gentleman (Simon) who attended my property (front and rear gardens) was very professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone with a vermin problem.

Prompt and excellent service in a worrying and stressful situation.
We have had two visits to our property and the second one was brought forward at very short notice and very early in the morning without any problem.

When other companies seemed to doubt the nature of our pest issue (a Wasp's nest in May), Premierpestcontrolnw were professional, friendly and prompt in responding. Pricing was set out clearly and adhered to. The gentleman who attended was very efficient and knowledgeable and was very conscious to ensure the arrea was free from chemicals afterwards having taken time to note that we had cats. Very impressive experience.

Immediate response in a difficult situation. Easy to contact and Phil came the next day. He explained exactly how the treatment would be carried out and was very reassuring. He has visited regularly to monitor the situation and give us feedback. A helpful company that I would highly recommend.
