We have had so many problems with this company and the lack of services. We changed property and we hoped to start our collection back up after the lock was finished. After many follow-ups and lack of responses from the team, it was apparent that the driver was going to the old address. I checked with them again which address they had listed and they confirmed the new address..... however the collection did not occur. So disappointed. I have instructed them to cancel my contact and have already found a company that offers better service.

Lying about shipments is all they do. Their customer service team either has no idea, or they just lie to please the customers. I didn't have a pleasant experience. Rather, it was a waste of time and money.
