Good printer clear communication helps us produce our community magazine to our tight budget and helps us with allowing us to schedule delivery to our distribution dates. Would recommend.

The printing side of things was good. Clarity in communication wasn't so I was being told one thing, reporting it to my boss and the mailing house waiting to send the item out and then finding out it hadn't been delivered. The one day delay in printing and then not delivering it in the time frame needed put the mailing off by several days. Would have been happy if i was told from the beginning how long it would really be. They did pay for the delivery to a second address due to their delay so that was good.

Printed a two-PMS booklet for us with special screening on a very tight turnaround — highly recommended.
