Looking for a new roof for your conservatory I can highly recommend premier roof systems Shaftesbury Avenue in Jarrow Jamie the MD managing director was very helpful and answered any questions I asked him organised everything we had a guardian warm roof.
(Chris Craig and Dean ) the 3 amigos turned up on time and stayed late to finish what they were doing and made a wonderful job, Jamie organised the building inspection and it passed with flying colours with no hassle and the installation was well planned and organised great team work and the fitters and plasters and Chris the electrician installed the lighting and did a fab job. Can’t thank them enough. 10/10

Delivery driver was rude, sales associate was rude and what was REALLY funny to me is how her name was "Karen" what a coincidence, delivery time took way too long with no updates till the very last stage, communication took days for them answer. Delivery driver refused to drop the window at our actual house and instead stated that he was "blamed for breaking the windows" even though the windows in the van weren't secured anyway and they could've broken with minimal effort. Waste of time this company don't bother buying from here if you want half effort products.

Amazing service,shopped around for companies with good reviews as we've had previous nightmares with damaged items and poor customer service.Had questions before buying/after and team were super helpful.Items were all delivered in one piece and would definitely order again.

The Sales/Customer Services team have been incredibly helpful and have went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me as I am disabled - just away to have the lantern and bi-fold doors fitted but I have been kept well informed and the delivery was very well co-ordinated - Karen is worthy of a special mention

Korniche roof lantern.
Excellent service from start to finish, after getting quotes from other suppliers who wanted to charge a considerable cost for delivery. Premier were not just the cheapest for the product but it was free delivery down to kent where I live. Would definitely use again.

I found Tracey to be absolutely…
I found Tracey to be absolutely amazing. I needed 2 roof lanterns, which I needed some guidance on, nothing was too much trouble. Tracey took the time to explain things and politely left me alone to consider things and my options.
I spoke to a few other companies that were either pushy and never returned calls. Trade Premier roof systems have been really brilliant with a great service and very competitive. I will definitely house for other orders now and totally recommend them.
I purchased 2 Korniche lanterns and I feel totally confident that I will receive a great after service too. They just feel right!!!!

Excellent service. The roof lantern I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as ordered. The customer service and communication I received was friendly and informative, the Order and dimensions were double checked before the order was sent to the manufacturer as soon as the lantern was made I was informed and delivery was as arranged to my request, all items were checked and thoroughly packaged. All in all a very well organised and faultless experience.

Top notch company
We needed a lantern and wanted to buy local. A quick google search and we found Premier Roof Systems. Premier Roof Systems were excellent. From the advice given in choosing all aspects of the lantern. We needed advice on the opening size, frame colour and especially the glass shades. The timescales were given to us and the delivery dates were 100% accurate.
We would recommend them to everyone.

I was happy to see your 5 star rating you first posted, then disappointed to see you revisited your post to delete a star, giving us 4 stars, due to a delivery issue.We too are very disappointed to hear about Tuffnells not giving you a pre warning as to when your delivery would be. As you can appreciate here at Premier Roof Systems, we send out delivery confirmations via email to let you know of the date of delivery of your Lantern and your glass units. We pay Tuffnels good money to provide our customers with a good delivery service, but unfortunatley we do not have any control over their drivers. This is the first I am hearing about your delivery experience, I wish you had let us know about this in June and I would have reported this unacceptable service from Tuffnells. Of coure now that I have heard about it I will make a complaint to them, and ask the company to make sure their drivers contact all customers prior to leaving the delivery at their doorstep.
I sincerely apologise for this and I hope going forward we can help others to receive a better service from Tuffnells.
