The onsite personnel are extremely professional and helpful. However, the upper management are non responsive to problems. I have had multiple problems with my office phone not working. One time I had no telephone service for one month. As an attorney, it is extremely important that my clients are able to contact me. The onsite staff and the building manger were very helpful. However, the upper management could not have cared less. The fact that my elderly clients could not reach me was not a concern to them and them made little to no effort to solve the problem. They also lied to me about what had been done to correct the issue. If it had not been for the manager of my property, the problem would not have been resolved. The other management are worthless and can't be bothered to help their clients. It is a shame that the manager for this property has moved on to better things. He should have been promoted and his boss should have been fired.

I have been using this service since 2016. Sylvia (front desk employee) has given the best Customer Service by far, more than anyone else that has worked their. I also worked at Nordstrom for 10 years, and I can recognize someone who belongs in upper management. Sylvia is the type of person that can only enhance this company in a great way.

We absolutely appreciate how professional the staff has been to clients and how the staff goes above and beyond in order to help its tenants in any manner. One of the many things we love is walking through the door, being greeted with a smile by the staff and being addressed by name. It may sound corny and old fashioned but to us this is a personal touch by Premier Business Center that makes the environment feel warm and inviting. We also love how clean the suite is kept. This is really important especially during this time of Covid-19. If you are looking for a virtual office or a "brick and motar" office, MLF highly recommend you consider Premier Business Center.

The space looks really nice but clearly is old and it does not seem like PBC is interested in updating. For example, the phone systems here are from another age altogether. They are maybe 10+ years old. There is no regulation of temperature. Its either too hot or too cold and after the first few days of asking them to regulate so we can focus on work, we were told to get heaters. So far, its a MEH experience one month in.
The staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is very close. I feel safe getting in and out at night. The office has everything you need to feel comfortable - a great latte machine, cleaning services every night that take out your trash bin and maintain clean restroom. They have a great kitchen area that provides hot, cold water and ice. I love coming to my office to do work.

The premises and office choices were great. The staff are very friendly, informative and professional.
Erika, Starlet and Yesenia are phenomenal. The Premier Business Center has a warm and inviting aura which entices the business owner to feel good about doing business. The facility is nicely decorated, and just simply a wonderful place to work at. While the ambiance is very professional, there is an overtone of 'family-ship' among the tenants and office staff. The office is ideally located in the heart of the downtown area which is conducive to winning in business. I would highly recommend the Center.
