Stay far far away
Stay far far away. I was charged $600 for reconditioning fees just to paint over nail holes in a wall! They sweet talk you to get you in the door and then when you leave they try to screw you as hard as possible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PREMIERE.

So incredibly happy I made the decision to go with Premier Workspaces. After looking at quite a few options for where to move my office, they were the obvious choice. The manager, Amy, is amazing. She is so friendly and professional and she really makes us feel welcomed every time we see her. The front desk ladies are extremely helpful and the amenities are outstanding. Very, very happy with all aspects.

Amy Unger Of PBC Executive Suites is AWESOME!
For anyone considering renting an executive suite in the Manhattan Beach area and is fortunate to have been able to meet Amy Unger, the office manager of Premier Business Centers in the Rosecrans Avenue office, they would probably agree with me that it had to have been a pleasant experience. I own my own business and have my office here since December of '09. It's been almost 5 years since I've been here and have had to deal with PBC on an number of issues from parking passes, to weekend building access, to noisy neighbors and everything in between. Amy has been the consummate professional the entire time and has been nothing less than understanding, efficient, but most importantly KIND! If I could just deal with kind awesome people all day long, how great would that be?!! Hey Amy, have they found a way to clone you yet?!! You deserve a raise. And everybody else, check out the PBC Executive Suites on Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach. Great office environment, friendly and efficient staff and awesome office manager!!
