Good professional space for a fairly reasonable cost
I have been using PBC for over 3 years now - both as a virtual office and office space lease. The virtual office space is a great arrangement for new businesses to present a professional environment on an as needed basis for clients, and it is quite affordable. While interior differs dramatically from location to location, the interiors are nice and professional. Leasing actual office space is a bit expensive, as there are so many additional fees worked into the mix - if feels as though you are nickeled and dimed quite a bit. For instance, there is a severe upcharge for purchasing parking through PBC rather than through the office building. While I do not object to a convenience charge, this severe upcharge (I believe it is 20%) is applied even when you are not permitted or able to purchase parking directly from the building. I understand the upcharge as a convenience charge, but not when a tenant has no other options. Overall I have had a good experience with PBC. I will likely find another arrangement for the physical office space in the future because PBC is a bit expensive with all of the add-ons, but as long as they keep the virtual office options so reasonably priced, I will continue to use PBC for that service.
