I am very happy with my choice of work…

I am very happy with my choice of work place. Everyone is so wonderful and amazing.
My only negative comment is the access to the building after 5:30pm. This is has been rather difficult to manage. Often the security is not available to allow my clients in the Buiding which makes my clients annoyed and because I am in a session with my client, it is not possible for me to go to the lobby to let them in the Buiding. I am wondering if there is a possibility of extending the business hours. The nature of my work requires me to work in the evening and even on Holidays such as; Martin Luther King, veterans days and etc. It was challenging to work on Martin Luther King’s day. I did not know the Building would be closed and going up and down to get my clients was quite an experience. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this. There were a lot of other businesses in the building that had the same experience as me. Therefore, I am wondering if the there is a way to accommodate your tenets’ business hours to meet the demand of their clients. Fed-x delivery was outside the door and unable to deliver his package, clients were outside the Buiding to deliver gifts, but they were not able to get in the building. I know this because I was in the lobby waiting for my client and I spoke with them. Is security expected to be in the lobby at all time?

Comfortable professional environment

I have been in my Premier Business Centers office for 3 months and am very pleased with the comfortable professional environment and personable, attentive staff. I can recommend this location for anyone looking for their own office space.

Everyone at Premier is very helpful and friendly

Everyone at Premier has been very helpful and friendly and my team and I truly appreciate that. Constructive feedback is always good, so here are my thoughts: It took a week or two to get the copier, printer, scanner etc. processes down pat so we could operating efficiently. I STRONGLY recommend more than 1 printer for the entire office. It would also be easier to just pay a flat rate per month and have this all included than to deal with entering charge codes. We also had a rough start with our phones so recommend confirming # of phone lines needed, prior to moving in, when two or more people are sharing an office. I would also strongly recommend a key-card (swiper) for the doors instead of keys. It would make it much easier to get around the office, especially since we need to go through a couple doors, just to get to the copier.

Good situation for me

This is a perfect situation for my business. Overall the office is nice, the only exception is there is a constant odor in the reception area due to a cafeteria next door. I wish they could do something about this since I have clients meet me there and it is distracting.

Great!

I have been with PBC for nearly 1 year at the Pasadena location & it has really helped take my business to the next level. The 24-hour access is awesome and the break room rocks w/a fantastic view. The GM, Martin has been super about at making sure all my office needs are met and the desk staff is very professional. I would recommend checking these guys out if you are looking for space.

MY NEW OFFICE

After my previous lessor raised the suite rent, I opted not to renew my lease. I searched online and found Premier Business Centers. They responded to my request for a tour within hours. The building is located close to the freeway with a parking station and 1 hour parking available surrounding the building. The space is beautiful and clean. The staff are helpful, courteous and highly professional. I can work late into the evenings and there are numerous restaurants to dine at for reasonable fare. I love my new office !!!
