Kitchen always stocked, mail is delivered on time, and communications are clear and timely. The offices, bathrooms, and common areas are super clean. Here in the Mission Valley location, parking is easy and plentiful. If you're looking for a turnkey service that runs without headaches or interruptions, I highly recommend.

Essential Services Company needs immediate relocation due to flood
Our office in Mission Valley, San Diego was flooded and due to the essential nature of our business, required immediate relocation. Valisa Valdois the General Manager for Premier Workspaces made this happen without much fuss and muss. Everything promised was delivered. Some of the workspace competition in her market hasn't bothered to even return our messages or emails. I highly recommend this company versus other workspace companies in the industry.

I love there service, the stuff is on point whether it's package notice or client relations. Valisa the manager goes above and beyond to care for her clients. Even with all the Covid19 restriction she kept us updated, safe and encouraged. Andy & Cesar at front office are the one keeping us at float. As tenant we are difficulty people but these two never disappoint.
I love the Break room, full with espresso machine& TV to catch up with what's going on.

We recently expanded to the Mission Valley location and received very good service from the team mentioned above. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, the fees are reasonable.

On my 1st day of work, I experienced to be locked out from the Exit stairs. I went to the Restroom, I didn't bring my cell phone and keys, I didn't realize that it's almost 5pm, when I went out from the restroom all the doors were closed. Because its my first day of work in the building I didn't memorize the code from the backdoor, so I'm thinking to check the exit door and sure enough the door were locked and I got stuck in the exit stairs and I knocked and scream, good thing that one of the tenant still in the 8thfloor where am at and he opened the door for me. Lesson learned, I will make sure that I bring my cellphone and keys with me everytime I leave my office. On the other hand, I am not aware that even the exit door will be locked by 5pm or after 5pm. I was so scared though...
