Lowest price and available on short notice due to a cancellation from another firm. Turned around the RICS 3 report the next working day and gave me a phone call to describe main problems with house before the report was written. Report gave us a solid basis for negotiating a lower price.
I chose this RICS qualified surveyor because the company was close to the house I wanted in purchase in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The survey that Steve Mycock did was so thorough that it unearthed a number of issues that would have cost a fortune to rectify. I withdrew from the purchase and found another property in nearby Banbury. I chose Steve to do the survey again because I trusted his work and this time the property was more suited to my needs. A good surveyor can save you money and a lot of hard work.
