First Class Products and Customer-focused Service
Outstanding customer service and also high quality, fresh products that you cannot easily find elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine customer-focus and attention to detail; that only comes about because the owner is clearly passionate and hands-on. Package also arrived very quickly via UPS, even though destination was literally on the other side of the globe (Australia).

I bought some products from Italy. They arrived in a short time, with a good packaging, with a nice gift and a beatuiful handwritten letter that thanked me for my purchase. I haven't tried everything but what I have eaten is very good. They have also available some product that is not very easy to find (example the Sharish blue gin).

All of the ordered items arrived in good packaging and all were accounted for. Excellent products for a reasonable price. Shipping isn’t great, but it costs money to import products from Europe to Canada. Very likely to order again.
