Had them out to quote wanted roller blinds but was advised to go with vertical as it would be cheaper for me due to having large windows.
Wanted offer was told windows are too big but they would “sort me a decent price”
Quoted £575 then said he could call his manager for a cheaper price as he can see I have children I asked him to call.. within less than a minute he said he has spoke to him(he didn’t call so assuming a “text”) and said £475 £100 deposit. Went ahead anyway.. came to fitting date everything fine.. came out fitted no problems speedy job.
After having checked all the blinds throughly after he’d left I noticed a few “blemishes” I had to change a couple of the blinds using the spares left.
Tried to contact and have never been able to get through to them.
After this out of curiosity I enquired about blinds from another company.. to my surprise loads cheaper!! So now feel like I’ve just been ripped off 😩

Had blinds fitted by premium blinds, hussnain came and measured up and gave me a fantastic quote compared to the quotes i was getting.
He came back a week later and fitted them with minimal mess, the blinds look fantastic and great quality.

I ordered cream blinds for my three front windows and a grey blind for my kitchen.
The fitter put up the first blind in my living room and I queried the colour as it wasn't cream,when I pointed it out to him he was quite sharp with me and asked to see my receipt from when I paid my deposit,I showed it to him and he said that I had signed for four grey blinds,wouldn't listen to me when I said that the guy that had taken my order had made a mistake,I felt obligated to accept the wrong colour blinds even though I haven't got any accents of grey in my living room or bedrooms.

The initial consultation Adam was on time, showed me the various options available. Measured up quickly. I was happy to go ahead. I was advised could be. Two week lead time but had a phone call a few days later for installation. Adam rang to say he was on the way and arrived again on time. Installation was quick and blinds look lovely
