Easy/professional/efficient use of my time to sell my BMW 530d
I needed to sell my BMW 530d and went on line to the usual suspects, carwow and webuyanycar, and got the usual poor computerised responses back. Then I noticed Premium Car Buying Service and filled out my details. Within 10 mins I had received an email reply that asked for more details and this quickly turned into a phone call from Abs to clarify the car specification and other bits like history, etc. From that point on Abs was always in touch, not in a pushy way, but a professional way and we agreed a provisional price and an appointment. The day arrived and Abs and Liam turned up, both in PCBS clothing and both professional and amicable. After a very thorough survey and test of the car, even asking if I minded if he closed the bonnet with a little force to enable the catch to work correctly, again very respectful I felt. We then came down to the nitty gritty of agreeing a final price. Abs pointed out a couple of defects, that I had missed and were genuine and we agreed a figure. Monies were transferred within 10 minutes and the car sold. I genuinely felt that the process fro start to finish with PCBS was 5* and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I would also sell my next car through them, easy/professional/efficient use of my time

Easy handover
Conor was polite and explained the process thoroughly. He carried out a full inspection and test drive and offered me close to the agreed price on the telephone. There was no major devaluing as is familiar with some other firms that buy cars for cash.

Not a good experience
Not a good experience, all I will say is that I got a quote for around 19000 for BMW M2, you get told loads of problems, not all what they are, offer way down on the 19000, then you see it for sale for 26000, look elsewhere.

Beware of really low quotes.
I requested a quote online for the purchase of my Discovery Sport.
I was quoted a much lower price than two other car buying companies. I was then contacted by phone and I advised them that their price was too low so I asked them not to contact me again.
I then received an email saying that they had a better price so I was curious and I put my registration number in again and received an even worse offer for over £500 less than the first one.
What was the point???they are just time wasters!!!
Even after asking not to be contacted and unsubscribing to emails I am still receiving them.
I sold my car hassle free for over £1000 more than this company offered me.
My advice is to shop around to avoid being ripped off.
