Warning... I switched to Premium Corporate…

I switched to Premium Corporate Solutions Filing after my previous LLC service provider (Jumpstart Filing) shut down.

I had always paid everything on time — except for a period during COVID when Jumpstart Filing simply forgot to send me invoices, and then had the nerve to charge me a surcharge on top of it.

When I transferred to Premium Corporate Solutions Filing (which came with a fee, by the way), they never bothered to verify whether everything was in order with Jumpstart Filing. As a result, it turned out that Jumpstart Filing had collected payments for renewals but never actually filed them. From there, it snowballed into a chain of invoices with surcharges, one after another — followed by threatening emails impersonating official entities such as the IRS and the State of Delaware, sending fake "official" communications with aggressive language and verbal threats. That last part is truly the worst of it: a series of automated threatening emails impersonating government agencies they have absolutely no connection to.

To give you an idea of how bad this is: I dissolved my LLC entirely on my own, directly through the State of Delaware, at my own expense — nothing to do with them. That was a year and a half ago, and they are still sending 3–4 emails a day with threats and government impersonations, not even mentioning the LLC name in the emails (they probably don't even know it), and clearly with no idea whether the LLC is still active or dissolved.

I urge everyone to stay far away from this company. It is essentially run by a single individual who generates revenue by harassing people with threatening emails. There are far better and far more affordable alternatives out there, run by people who approach this work with actual professionalism and integrity.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, 1 is the minimum.

Run while you still can. Strongly not recommended.

They are scammers.

They are scammers.
Get away from these guys. They try to charge more than what you actually have to pay. Also they have annoying automated messages without human interaction.

Scammers

Scammers.
Back in late 2024 I was introduced to the by my previous registered agemt (Jumpstart Filings), which allegedly was going out of business. They managed to take almost $500 of me and did not file my company's yearly compliance, hence it went delinquent and got dissolved.

Since then, every end of the year, they spam me with threatening e-mails about it being the last notice to file the company's compliance papers. It seems like a "spray and pray" type of scam.

Beware.

I received an email from them

I received an email from them, but I never dealt with them before. My Radar is very sensative and I suspected they're scammers. After some research, it turns out that they're scammers. Be careful, people.

Severe Fraud & Extortion Attempts – Beware of Premium Corporate Solutions

I am writing this review to alert other business owners—especially international entrepreneurs—about my experience with Premium Corporate Solutions (also known as Premium Corp Services), which appears to be a rebranded continuation of the defunct company Jumpstart Filings.

I originally incorporated my U.S. company, Zillion eLearning Corporation, through Jumpstart Filings in 2020. Their performance was poor from the start:

They failed to deliver the C-Corp formation within the 24 hours promised,

They never obtained my PayPal or ITIN as agreed, and

After repeated follow-ups, we eventually terminated all contact and left a 1-star review on TrustPilot.

In December 2023, Jumpstart attempted to re-engage us for “Registered Agent Services,” which we explicitly declined in writing. We made it very clear that we had no intention to continue any contractual relationship.

Fast forward to 2025, I suddenly began receiving spam and threatening emails from Premium Corporate Solutions, claiming that I was “registered” with them as my Registered Agent — a claim that is entirely false.
They demanded money and threatened to:

“Blacklist” my company and report it to “federal authorities,”

“Flag my passport” for fraud, and

“Hold me personally liable under criminal statutes (18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343, 1001).”

These are unlawful and deceptive threats. There is no such legal mechanism for “blacklisting” a dissolved Wyoming corporation. Only the Wyoming Secretary of State can administratively dissolve or reinstate an entity, and that process is public, simple, and handled directly—not through private vendors demanding money.

When I investigated further, I discovered that:

Premium Corporate Solutions uses the same Wyoming address (30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801) previously associated with Jumpstart Filings and their partner Registered Agents Inc.

Their own TrustPilot page is full of identical 1-star reviews from victims describing the same pattern: intimidation, false claims of “legal action,” and extortion attempts to collect “renewal” or “compliance” fees.

The company hides its leadership, has no verifiable U.S. legal officers, and operates from outside the United States, according to public complaints and investigative reports.

For clarity:
✔ Zillion eLearning Corporation has never signed any contract, consent, or registered-agent appointment with Premium Corporate Solutions.
✔ We have no business relationship with them whatsoever.
✔ Their communications are being preserved as evidence of attempted fraud and extortion and have been forwarded to:
 – Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
 – FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov)
 – Wyoming Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit, and
 – Wyoming Secretary of State Business Division

Their conduct constitutes false representation, harassment, and attempted wire fraud. We strongly advise others to ignore their emails, verify your company status directly with your Secretary of State, and never send them money.

This review is not opinion—it is a factual account supported by written correspondence and state records.

In my view, Premium Corporate Solutions is a fraudulent operation preying on unsuspecting small-business owners. Stay vigilant, report them, and do not engage.

This is not a real company

This is not a real company, 100% Scam. Beware, they are checking companies delayed for compliance, targeting them, and sending back-to-back reminders. They managed to take $ 2800 from me because my Actual filing agent didn't send the reminder. I thought this was a branch of them. It's a complete scam and a cost. This is an organized scam run by a philiphine based women name - Cherry Rose Geronimo

I am saying again, this is not a real company, i just disputed my Paypal payment.

This company scammed me

This company scammed me, ignores my emails, charged me money they still haven’t refunded, and failed to meet the IRS filing deadline — which has now cost me a huge fine. I still haven’t received any response. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Scammers

Scammers. They keep embezzling you to enroll in their service. And if you don't, they fall back to bullying, then they start to criminally threaten you

For context, they're the legacy of another ill reputed Jumpstart Filing, founded by a Filipino guy who keeps jumping around from one company to another. He founded Novel online bank, which faced sever legal issues and got shut down.

They should be prosecuted and banned from having any international business

Beware of this company - premiumcorpsolutions.com

Beware of this company! Used to be Jumpstart filings. Once they have your money, they don't deliver. They don't respond to emails - but they will sure send you a whole pile of threatening emails if they think you should pay them more money! My dealings were with Jumpstart, but once they closed shop (clearly got a bit hot) my contact info was given to premiumcorpsolutions.com (who is the same business - same physical address) - and i've had weekly emails trying to bully me with their deluge of threats, claiming they are going to blacklist my business etc etc.. When I asked for the contract that I have with them... crickets... Typical, just like Jumpstart.
BEWARE! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
