I ordered a Pelle Pelle Men’s White Leather Jacket got a Premium Leather Jacket instead not real leather not a Pelle Pelle as advertised and on top of it my credit card company wouldn’t approve the dispute out $375 and still have the cheap jacket they sent stay far away they all should be in jail for fraud and robbery but you no what thank God I believe you reap what you sow everyone who lost money don’t worry they will pay but we will never no how God is a just God 🙏🏾

Ordered xl jacket was 3 sizes to small exchanged for a 3x it was smaller than the xl Returned it 12/5/2024 has not received refund or no response

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOT SELL THE ITEMS THEY ADVERTISE. THEY HAVE STOPPED COMMUNICATION WITH ME. It looks someone made a jacket and tried to imitate what's on the website. I wish I could post pictures. I'm having to dispute the charges with my bank.

They sold me an awkwardly sized jacket. I sent it back and 30 days ago and still no refund! 😡

I rate this store a zero. That outright STOLE my $419.99. They ignored every email. I ordered a coat November 2 nd and have not received a response as to why I don’t have the coat

CAUTION buying from this company could cost you money. I purchased a bomber jacket for my son for his birthday. First of all I paid the extra $25 for expedited shipping. The only thing that means is that they will get off their behinds and sent it out in 8-12 days. It has nothing to do with a quicker shipping company. The item finally arrives 2 weeks after I ordered it.

My son put the jacket on and the zipper starts to jamb right off the bat. He tried working with the zipper to no avail. Then the buckle that is on the jacket broke in two. Everything about this jacket is of very poor quality. This $400 jacket is worth maybe $50.

They won't give me a refund, because they are saying my son damaged it. I guess your suppose to display the coat and not wear it.

In oct of this year I purchased two leather bomber jackets from this company. One of them was a birthday present for my husband and one for me.
It was delivered barely on time for his birthday, and both jackets did not fit! I notified customer service that I wanted to return jackets and get a refund. They assured me I would be refunded in 2-4 days, which turned out to be 10,
I might ad I had to fight to get my money returned before it actually happened! The only other thing I can say is their customer service person Samuel Micheal’s was very accommodating and sincere.
Use caution with this company!

These jackets are anything but premium, despite the high price tag suggesting otherwise. I expected a high-quality jacket made with real wool, but what arrived was a cheaply made imitation—a polyester faux-wool shearling. The leather is poorly stitched, and the pockets are sewn incorrectly, making the product feel like a cheap knockoff.

When I called customer service, I was directed to a call center, likely overseas. After explaining my concerns and sending photos, they shockingly insisted it was "real wool." This company lacks any genuine customer service, and it’s clearly a dropshipping scam. They lure you in with promises of “premium leather” only to send cheap polyester and poorly crafted jackets. Avoid this company at all costs!
