my first sports vip package and it did not disappoint i got my tickets and credit with out no hassle

This was my first experience purchasing tickets through Premium Seats and we had an amazing time and everything was as described. Will definitely purchase again.

Not the best experience. Payed way over what I should of for “Premium package”. They showed the current football time of 07:30 pm game, then the day of the time had shifted to a 2pm game. Due to this we missed pre party because we had NO idea the team had changed times, no email to inform us. Drinks and food were not free. And when we arrived they told us what the tickets cost which was a quarter of the full amount we payed. All in all not worth it, the premium seats USA is a little miss leading least you say. They wouldn’t even do a partial refund due to change in game time and missing pre game party, basically said we were SOL. Next time i’ll save my money and order regular tickets from another vendor sight! The Director of Operations was not helpful at all even when calling and explaining our situation.

A meet and greet and pre show and i was told there was no such thing. i showed the venue the proof of my purchases and the vip package. they kicked me out have to wait 3 hrs for the actual concert to come on. customer service sucks and will never buy from them again. they ripped me off 2K for nothing

Went to buy Harry Styles tickets. Everything says Harry Styles on it, venue, time, seating chart! Buying tickets everything still says the same info. Got confirmation email that says Show? 17+ concert at a different venue. Call customer service. Nothing we can do you confirmed this when you bought tickets. No it said Harry Styles. I have the screenshots. Still refuse, will not let me speak to anyone in charge and the hangs up on me! Funny thing is still selling tickets under Harry Styles. They don't know who the seller is...worst place ever

Do not order seats from this company. Their scammers. Bought tickets to Harry Styles and it says Harry Styles throughout until you pay and get an email then tickets are to some group called Sales. They admitted they know it's happening but won't do anything about it. Knowingly committing FRAUD!!!!

We spent several thousand dollars for the VIP experience for George Strait and Chris Stapleton Concert. Obviously the event was post-poned multiple times but no credit option was ever available. The VIP experience was literally a reservation at Crave restaurant, at 2pm in the afternoon, with a BRUNCH menu only! We were given a pre-paid card to spend $400 on food & drinks for 4 peoples at 2pm off of a BRUNCH menu!! What a joke. Only domestic beer options, no IPA, no local brew, every drink we asked for was unavailable. There was no pre-party, we appeared to be 1 of maybe 4 small groups dining separately eating breakfast food as our VIP experience. The “official” George Strait swag was literally a cheep, thin duffel bag, bottle opener, & poster & cheap ball cap . This might have made a 12 year old happy….probably not even. We paid $3000 per couple for this pathetic, despicable VIP package. Seats were row 13 to the far left of stage. Decent seats but the entire package was a joke! Run, don’t waste your money.

Here is our VIP $1,200 tickets. Subpar at best, can’t even see the freakin stage. Save your money and buy good tickets. Far from any form of VIP.

This was such a rip off. We went for the football tailgate party. They advertise beer, alcohol, tvs, and games. They only had Yuengling beer, no other kinds. They had 2 choices of alcohol, either Titos and orange creamcicle mix or Titos and strawberry lemonade. It was already mixed in a big container. When I asked for vodka and water I was (rudely) informed it was not an open bar and those were my only choices. There was BBQ but no napkins, sinks, or wet naps. The only game was one corn hole game and the same people played and no one else could. There was one tv that was behind the cornhole game that was hard to see. They sold so many tickets that there was not room to stand. This was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend.

We ordered seats and they have us a row back. What kind of ticket sales gives you different tickets? They said it's their policy to give within a row I have never heard of such a thing. Don't order here I never will again

Purchased tickets before covid19 . Concert has been rescheduled many times and now postponed a year later. I am not able to make it a year later and they will not give me a refund, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awesome customer service and AMAZING seats for such a good price. Loved my experience. Would definitely use again!!

It’s not a scam , but it’s close. They take pretty decent seats and add a meal and some very cheap swag and triple the price and advertise it as VIP. You are not a VIP. You do not do a meet and greet. You do not go backstage. The band/artist ,promoters, etc don’t know you from any one else with a cheaper seat. As for the seats they are B grade seats at best and they charge thousands for tickets that are worth maybe a couple hundred at most. Save your money. Buy a good seat , eat at a good restaurant, buy a T shirt and save a thousand
Dollars. Also tickets arrive last minute and it’s stressful, then tickets don’t work and you have to go to will call and they say they don’t know who premium seats is. You spend a half hour arguing and are finally let in.
This company is not “connected” like you would think. If you are taking kids they will cry. If you are taking a huge fan they will be upset. They don’t necessarily lie in the advertising but it is insinuated when buying a VIP package this expensive. Also when you research other sites about backstage and vip they say it’s possible and at the artists discretion. That’s for a real VIP, you will not be a real VIP... only to Premium seats as they laugh on the way to the bank.

Excellent and fast service, I ordered my tickets online and I had them in one day.

Sure we got our tickets on time when we were supposed to but I purchased the “VIP
Package”where they told me we would get floor seats at the T Mobile arena. We were no where near the floor and there was nothing “VIP” about this experience. Don’t fall for it.. up charged and lied to

I was sceptical but all turned out well. Aerosmith in Vegas was a great concert. Many thanks Premium Seats USA.

I wish there was option to give negative stars.
They charge almost double price for all the tickets they sell and then there is a huge convenience fee they charge.
I booked concert tickets from their website for double price and when i came to know that they are charging so much just to fill their own pockets i contacted the customer support and they told me that ticket price depends on multiple factors. Okay Sir, i believe they do but why are other ticket services not affected by this factor and its only you?

Anyway, there are so many other better and reasonable websites out there that no one will ever need to buy any kind of tickets from premiumseatsusa.

Great tickets site, I used them a couple times and never had a problem.
