I chased them days & days since 26/02/2023 but no response from them and only update on my order (two Prime drinks for my children) was order placed for more than 12 days, and finally I sent them a message to cancel it & refund if they are not sending it. Eventually they delivered it today after two weeks! Why? Did I order it from the after life to take all this time?!!!
Really not recommended.. fast taking your money and then you need to chase them for your order! Will never buy from you!

This so called premium source shopping are scammers, I ordered ps5 since 3rd of of February 2023. Till date nothing yet ,zero communication.I solely advise anyone not to order anything from this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt 2 weeks before Christmas for £249. It still hasn't arrived and they have ignored every message Ive sent. Have tried contacting then via email, Instagram etc and am out of pocket. Item still shows as in transit. How do I get my money back? Bb

Ordered a pair of dunks on the 15/12/22 but haven’t heard one thing about them. But Atleast I know you have an app with the amount of spam emails they send. My nan is literally more likely to Griddy across her grave than see these shoes at my door step

Absolute rip off company - never replied to any messages nor chat on line - asked for a refund also ignored, had to go to my card company to help get my money back - will never use these CROOKS AGAIN

Item I ordered was out of stock, I was notified it was on back order for me, unfortunately I wanted quicker and asked for a refund, refund was in my account 2 days later.
I will use the website again but check the stock levels next time as I am a larger size than standard
