Premium Taps Reviews

We're delighted with the tap we recently purchased from Premium Taps. It was delivered quickly after the order was placed, in very good protective packaging. The product is clearly of high quality and installation was easy. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Very good service. Correct tap arrived quickly. Jill Muckle in the office knowledgeable and very helpful. Would use again.

Really happy with our purchase! It arrived very quickly was I was surprised about due to lockdown and the tap is great. I looked at the same tap with a few retailers and this was by far the cheapest

Extremely quick delivery especially during such difficult times. I even had a phone call to say my taps may not arrive in 24 hours but it may be 48 hours. A nice personal touch from an online store. Would definitely use this site again. Perrin and Rowe taps are fab too .

Fast dispatch of stock items and excellent communication .
The two items I received were quality
Thank you and will deal with you again

Great product probably the best one I have ever purchased. Not cheap however you get what you pay for

Good price, fast delivery, excellent service.

When my tap was not readily available and I faced an 8 week delay, Premium pulled out all the stops and sourced one from another supplier and my kitchen went ahead on schedule. Can’t speak too highly of them. Great service and good prices - what more do you need?!

Excellent service. We wanted good quality taps which are plastic-free throughout and we’re prepared to pay that little bit more. We bought Perrin & Rowe Ionian Deck mounted taps and they are fabulous. So happy we made this choice and bought from Premium Taps..

My taps arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. I was actually replacing similar taps which are 23 years old and my new ones fit perfectly and look lovely!
Thank you for your very prompt delivery and all best wishes in your business!

This is a quality kitchen sink tap with water filter. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this company,

Excellent service - the tap was promptly delivered and the tap is of excellent quality.

I shopped around for the Perrin and Rowe taps I wanted and this company offered a competitive price. ordering was simple and they arrived promptly.

I am surprised to have been asked to review Premium Taps
I have already complained to them. I received a tap that had been returned by another customer, the paperwork was left in the box.
They were charged £215.00. I was charged £350.95 for the same tap.
When I complained I was told it was last years price.
I think that increase is extortionate. It would be great if my pension increased by anything near this amount.

Competitely priced products and excellent prompt delivery once ordered from the website.

I am a great fan of Perrin & Rowe kitchen taps, having owned one for 15 years. I wanted another for a different sink, so I shopped around a bit, and found that Premium Taps offered the exact tap that I had for a lot less than most other sellers. So I ordered on line, and got it within about 48 hours, with free delivery. That is good service.
In case readers want to know what is special about these taps, I would say firstly the quality of the finish; next, the size of the tap (some kitchen taps are far too tall, and others a bit short, but this is just right); and thirdly, if ever you need to put in a new ceramic cartridge, this tap is one of the easiest to open up and fit the cartridge. Finally, if you ever have a technical query, Perrin and Rowe customer services will help : at least, that has been my experience.

Thanks for the speedy delivery of Perrin & Rowe taps, it took me a little while to install them as I didn't have a tap spanner but having purchased one of these it was in fact easy to install and the taps now work perfectly!

Excellent service ; I ordered the goods in the evening and they arrived the following day, just as described and in perfect order.

Quality item at a competitive price delivered on time.
Website easy to navigate and use,the transaction was professional and a good experience. Would recommend to others.
