Overall, the experience was good only real problems I had were the fees that they take ou. I put two $500 gift cards and they took about 10% for both.

A friend told me about Prepaid2Cash. As always I'm skeptical about online companies when it comes to dealing with money. But I must say after 3 weeks dealing with them, I am completely satisfied. Quick and Fast

Tried to sign up but told me my phone was not valid and could not go any farther👎

My most recent interaction left me annoyed.
Recently I endeavors to sell a prepaid credit card. Entered the information and set to wait the next couple of days.
Sometime later they sent an email wanting more information. They asked how I got it? I explained I bought it with points on a site ( like all the previous cards).
Needless to saying was taking much longer than is stated it would take, so I emailed to cancel transaction so as to use the card.
I have never had to take so long or to have to resend information, or explain the origin. Strangely, all my cards come from the same place.

Support threaten to ban my account after pointing out that they provided me with incorrect information and never read my support ticket. Then they became petty and refused to help me to update my phone number.

Don’t bother asking for any help from customer support. It’s just ran by a bunch of bots, which is what I think, but even bots respond. I’ve used the service for many card exchanges and I contacted them to update my telephone number and the AI bot sent me incorrect information despite the website saying to contact Support to change my phone number. It’s 2025. Why do we have to contact Support which is ran by AI bots just to update a telephone number. I couldn’t even sell my gift card because they want you to verify your phone number with the code, but I can’t do that because they still have my old telephone number on file. And then the customer service rep didn’t even respond back to me with the correct information. Absolutely disgusting garbage service.

It does what it says it does

I like this idea for an app but the app doesn’t have a great camera capture feature- made me manually put it in. I changed backgrounds angles and tried multiple times to capture by app.
One of my requests went through the other required further proof of card which screwed me as I needed and counted on the cash being here today (the initial request). It is approved now with the info I was able to share.
Just pls update the apps camera feature to be able to capture the gift card the first time . Thank you 🙏
