The worst. Beware this company is a scam! You don't want to lose your money trust me.
We topped up few thousand Euros via bank transfer in end July but one month later the funds still hasn't been reflected in our account. It used to work okay, but now it seems to be totally useless. The CS staff can only give generic replies, that their manager is away and out for vacation. What in the world is going on!?
Sometimes fast - sometimes not working at all.
I'm already many years user of this service to top up mobile number(s) in Philippines. If the program doesn't fail the transfer is fast. If there is a problem, the helpdesk is useless.
I want to pay with Mastercard as always before - but it doesn´t work now - December 2020
Awesome, didn't think it would work but within a minute I had the top-op on my Spanish number. Really nice :D
I send a 22 euro top up to a phonenumber abroad and was never received. Customer service in the Live chat made a mistake and asked me more phoneumbers to be loaded. This company is based in loosdrecht, the Netherlands and at Schiphol airport but uses foreign customer service outsourced and that's why its get problematic.
I needed to topup my Mobitel Sri Lanka phone while overseas, but the official online process didn’t allow foreign credit cards. So I found this service, at first I thought it might be a scam, as it didn’t seem very reputable. I topped up 2€, after not receiving a confirmation text after 15 minutes I contacted support via live chat. Support told me to check the balance manually to see if the topup was successful, and sure enough the credit was applied!
:)
Bad service. Orange top up was not working and tried these. I live in a country but are national of other. They said they didnt had proof enoigh my debit card was mine even sending Id. Zero. Time wasters. Waited half a day to see if the recharge was made. When i see didnt do the recharge due to the issue tried again Orange and perfect. Will never use Prepaid union again.
Works well and fast. The excellent alternative to Fonmoney.
