A completely scam site. I have had two unauthorized debits in my checking account for $19.99 and $15.19. I have contacted the company-my biggest concern is they debit more… horrible service and experience.

I was using a pet grooming kit before and didn't liked its quality. It felt like another chinese item and I was very hesitate to buy another grooming kit. I gave prepaw a try and it's really amazing. Much better that my previous pet grooming kit. Really like the product quality. And the suction is amazing. Works smoothly. 5-star and a thumbs up👍.

It’s is wonderful product and a life saver. With 2 dogs I spent a lot on grooming services which is reduced a lot just with this product. I strongly recommend to every pet parent. Thanks you prepaw!!

I placed an order in July and have still not received my order. There is no phone number to call. No one responds to emails or website contact complaints. Order status shows paid but unfulfilled. I will be disputing the charges and filing a fraud report against the company.

I got my prepaw grooming vacuum kit in 2 days and love it so far. The company has responsive customer service as I had questions on Hepa filters. With few treats and slowly exposing my 2 dogs , they are very comfortable now. It saves a ton from grooming visits and I only take them to groomer every 6 months instead of 1 months . This kit seem to be of very solid quality and does what they promised.

well, when i bought it do to the great advertisement and videos and everything, I thought this is watt a need for my pet, but mine didn't work at all, since then got nothing but headaches because kept sending email saying that I want my money back, not a replacement, my money back, put it together inside the box asking for a return label, and got an email requesting a video, wich i did and sent, also a lady name Mary general manager wrote me another email saying: Hi Rene,

Please disregard my previous email regarding the replacement.

I understand that you ultimately want a refund. No need to worry; I'll coordinate with our team to have your request fulfilled as soon as possible.
and still nothing at all.

Company took my money but have not delivered the goods. They have ignored all my messages by email and on their facebook page. This I advise to steer well clear of this company. I paid £127.62 and now reporting them to trading standards.
