This is the worst ever company.

It is a legitimate scam. I have suffered these debit orders that do not appear under debit orders and i am not receiving an response from their support email.

I need that money back. $111 is a lot of money in my country. I do not like the support of this company at all because it is non-existent.

MC dev answers are wrong, I found over 20 errors in the test. Applied for refund but they just ignored me. Wish I read those reviews before. Absolute waste of money!

I agree with you they are just thieves. All their questions are over. Do not buy their pack you will be really disappointed. Even for preparation do not use these questions because their answers are wrong

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Certainly not worth any money. Possibly if it was free and you had time to kill. Unfortunately I did not look at reviews before paying for the upgraded class.

PrepAWay is a good tool and testing resource. Unfortunately, VUmingo Test Engine is too expensive and dishonest. I got double billed for my subscription and lost my access to Test Engine. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to obtain a refund. Pathetic.

I have been using Vumingo and Prep away with great success for a few years now, and I also used to refer my students to it as well.
Sadly in the last year there prices have tripled, I cant afford it anymore.

Scam it's an upsell to vumingo. They will give you the course file and you will have to spend another 100$ on top to get a subscription to vumingo.

I can't agree more with the lowest rating fellow reviewers gave to this company. It's absolutely a scam. It preys on consumers by exploiting their trust and naiveness. This company should be banned from doing business in the US. It can keep doing business in Hong Kong if no one cares about the way it conducted its business there.

If I could give less than one star, I would. It is unacceptable to hide the fact that you must purchase additional subscriptions to use their products/tests. I paid for my exam prep and then discovered that the "try it for free" was a scam. You can only view three questions for free - you must pay an additional charge for the test engine. If their products are good enough, they don't need to lie, cheat or deceive their customers. I was not able to find a place to contact anyone - therefore, I canceled the charge through the credit card co. DON'T BUY THIS EXAM

To be able to prepare for your exams you need two subscriptions, which is not made clear. When purchasing a download from PrepAway, it leads one to believe you are going to be able to download the exam with a simple link and click, but instead, it forces you to access VUMINGO because their downloads are in ETE format. To download and utilize VUMINGO (for the ETE software) it will then cost you over 500USD. It is a complete SCAM!

This company is a total rip off. They sell you a software and will not tell you upfront that you require hundreds of dollars worth of another software to be able to read the ETE files you just paid for.
I have been trying to get a refund and they foolishly say they don’t refund. My money is gone just like that. This company needs to be shut down and license ripped apart and burnt to ashes.

Complete and total SCAM!!!! Even after spending the money for the viewer, the answers to the test questions provided are WRONG!!

This place is a scam. They sell you a package with hidden extra costs that you must pay for. Do not use this company. They do not do refunds at all. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Please report this company to Trading Standards via Citizen Advice.

Total rip off! Don't waste your money! You can't read the ETE files unless you buy their $299 software to read the files.

Possible scam due to the need for very expensive extra software for the PrepAway purchased product. The need for the extra software is slightly unclear and the marketing materials misleading. PreAway product will not run without extra software as this is the only product which will reliably open the ETE file(s) in test mode. Beware.

I bought exam premium for 100$ then they asked me to for exam engine beside their website is too confusing every thing you trying to check it will ask you for your payment information.

I wish I can give no star to them. once you buy their product they want you to buy Vumingo software that is like more $70. Their lectures are so bad and guy doesnt know English and they dont return money. This site is fraud .Please dont waste your money and this is $US. Please report to Fraud Department.

I should have known better. The first surprise was having to purchase the additional software for ete files. The format seems good but soon in to this I started finding the stated "correct" answers were incorrect so even if the format looks OK the product is useless if the answers are wrong.
