Preplay refuses to use telephones
Preplay refuses to use telephones. It took me an hour of texting to get questions answered. A 10 minute conversation would have been much easier. Also when you read "student comments" 100% are positive. This is very hard to believe. I think they edit them. They are welcome to call me for further explanation. They won't.

This is such a great service! My first tutor was awesome and friendly! I wish I could have taken more lessons with her. When I needed to cancel and even get a refund the support team was fast and super helpful!
