I strongly don't recommend

Unfortunately, the company's service is far from professional. I didn't even receive the order. The delivery was delayed by more than a week, and every day I had to write to the company and find out when I would receive my food. Each time I was answered "tomorrow", but tomorrow there was nothing. I waited a week, and on the eighth day I demanded a refund, and I was approved for the cancellation of the order with a fantastic explanation "Unfortunately, I cannot understand why your order was not delivered.". I hope the money will be returned to the card faster than I expected the order. The situation is surrealism.

It seems like our package carrier had some troubles with the delivery. Unfortunately with don't have any impact on the delivery itself as soon as the order is handed over for shipping. What a disappointment

What a disappointment. I made one order to test the service, got a message that a delivery will be delayed due to the floods, ok, understood. Next week I am getting a message that two orders have been sent out on the same day!!!

Reading other reviews I was warned of unwanted subscription option, so I checked if I have any subscriptions in my account and I had none (!). So Now I see that my card was charged twice and what is worse: both orders will come on the same day so I do not even have the space in my freezer. Absolute disaster.

UPD: at least I was refunded for the second order, so I am changing the rating to 3 stars, but I still had to invest the time that I do not really have as a 100% working mom to make this reimbursment happen. The company really needs to change its policy and not subject their clients to this!

I tasted just one very low calorie (and keto) meal so far, and it was delicious. You really do not need to impose a subscription on people to make them your clients.

Awesome food and awesome team..

Awesome food and awesome team... I am currently trying to recomp my body and lose weight while getting used to eating more cals, the team have been able to help me and made my life easier, because I don't have to think about what to eat Monday to Friday.

So I started my fitness journey 3…

So I started my fitness journey 3 months ago and it was such a struggle to keep up with everything since we have a newborn. I never in my life thought I will be ordering food online but I swear those meals are so freaking delicious, the support from prepmymeal is also next level. Its a game changer specially for those who goes to the gym, you just save so much time it's crazy.
Definitely recommended!

Body Challenge not premium at all

I got a body challenge package to test it out and I was truly disappointed, it said on the website that I would have a coach reach out to me to do the onboarding where we would discuss my fitness goals and my food requirements, well this was not done at all. I just had to download an app and after I gave my height and weight I just got a notification that my meals were sent. This was really surprising as I couldn't adjust my meals to my fitness goals nor to my food preferences. I also got delivered different shakes than the app mentioned and I got a breakfast with raisins which I really hate to eat. I was super disappointed as I was very excited to try out the challenge and I didn't care about the price as long as the service was worth it, and although most of the food is quite tasty it really doesn't matter as it is not adjusted to what I was seeking on the program which was building muscle and taking care of my fat intake.

Really disappointing...

Your coach is also ready for a personal meeting to discuss your goals, but you need to book it yourself. Just write him a message, and he will offer you multiple options. Sneaky subscription signup, wasteful packaging

This was almost a one rating. Fundamentally, the issue is that I never signed up for a subscription. When I look at other low reviews I find that I am not the only person who got fooled. So when a charge came through for a second delivery, I was more than a little surprised. And really angry. The service was good - fast and efficient, no complaints. The packaging did what it was supposed to, but it was because of the packaging - the dry ice and the huge huge quantities of paper - that I decided I would not order again. And finally, the product - the meal - are really good for what they are, and had it not been for the wasteful (i don't care that you can recycle paper, frankly, I simply don't need the food to stay good for 48 hours outside my front door. I should have been able to opt out for that packaging) packaging. I'm deeply saddened that such a great idea and carry out is so ruined by sneaky subscription signups (and it's HARD to figure out how to get out of it), and horribly wasteful packaging. If I could buy them in the supermarket (even for a price markup!) I would. But never again this way.

We offer a one-time and regular order in general. Our packaging is the way it is with the dry ice and everything because we calculate any possible delays in the delivery and moreover sunny days. This way your food should be still fresh and kept cold when it arrives at your home one day later than expected or on a really hot day. I hope this insight on our thought process makes more sense now.

If you want to give us another chance you can make a one-time order simply by switching the subscripton-button off on the product page.

Great food

Great food! Very tasty, and the meals are healthy and calories and macros match our requirements.

The meals were tasty and grear portions…

The meals were tasty and great portions but there were bit too many mistakes with delivery. Also my last meal plan did not respect my preferences at all. I would appriciate more interaction/information. However the quality of the food was really nice , good size

Great Concept, But Inconsistent Execution

I recently tried the Body Challenge program offered by Prepmymeal and wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

Pros:
- The concept of a tailored meal plan delivered to your door is fantastic, especially for those with busy lifestyles.
- When the meals were correct, they were nutritious and helped me in my health and weight loss journey.
- The variety of meals, when delivered as per the plan, was appreciable.

Cons:
- Consistency and accuracy in deliveries were major issues. Despite several communications, meals I specifically asked to be excluded (like curry dishes) were repeatedly included.
- There were multiple instances of missing meals or receiving items not part of my meal plan, which led to inconvenience and wasted food.
- Customer service responses, though prompt, often lacked concrete solutions or compensation for the mistakes.

While Prepmymeal offers a service with great potential, the execution and logistics need significant improvement. The frequent errors in deliveries and the lack of adequate resolution have overshadowed the benefits. I've decided to cancel my subscription due to these ongoing issues.

For anyone considering Prepmymeal, I would advise keeping a close eye on your deliveries and ensuring clear communication with their team. Hopefully, with time, the service will iron out these logistical issues for a more consistent and reliable experience.

Nice quality and tasty

Great idea but a lot to improve

I liked the amount of protein in the dishes, the dishes types, the variety from which you can choose, the fact that you have different categories depending on personal goals. What I did not like was a very strong and weird taste in all dishes coming probably from the same or similar spices/salt used. They were all heavily salted and spiced which does not seem healthy. Salt in excess can cause many health issues. Also, in general, Gewürze extracts are not necessarily healthy depending on how they are processed. Even if these "spices" would be ok, most dishes had the same taste and I could barely taste the main ingredients (meat, vegetables) because the condiments were overpowering any other flavor. Another thing I did not like was the heavy packaging. For a short transport, these should not have that much packaging. I do not care for them to come completely frozen. This is just a waste of packaging. I cannot throw away that much cardboard every week, our building does not have such large recycling bins for cardboard so I am left with a huge amount of garbage until I can find time to dispose them at a recycling center.
