We were initially pleased with the support from this tutoring company and had a positive impression early on. However, over time, we became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability. Most concerning was being charged for the next term without our consent or having signed up for additional classes. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, we have been chasing the refund for over six months, with no resolution to date.

To be clear, we have no complaints about the tutors themselves, who were professional and committed. Unfortunately, their efforts did not lead to the academic improvements we had hoped for.

Given our experience with the company's administrative and customer service practices, we would not recommend them.

Our son had weekly session with Claire in preparation for his sats and to increase his confidence with Maths ready for secondary school. Claire was so brilliant with him, tailoring his sessions to keep him interested and motivated and most importantly he was never reluctant to attend. During this time he has gone from working at below expected level for his age in maths to meeting the expected level and had great sats results! The prepped team have always tried to be flexible around his schedule and are very responsive via email. We will certainly be using prepped again if further support is needed at secondary level.

We got in touch with Prepped at the beginning of the year for them to help our son gain confidence with his maths in preparation for his gcse exams.
Our son was given Chris to tutor him in maths and he has been fantastic. Jacks confidence has grown and he actually started enjoying maths again. Thank you

I enquired about this a month ago, sent several chaser emails. I was promised promotional video links but despite repeated queries, I never received them. They promise to provide support but are unable to even respond to a query. So, it’s probably not worth paying £10,000 for the privilege of having an unattended email address.

We are new to prepped, but are so pleased to see our grandson gain confidence with his school work. We were concerned that he wouldn't want to attend but he absolutely loves it. His maths and English have improved even after just 3 weeks.
The communication is brilliant, we are kept fully up to date on progress and everyone is so friendly.

We cannot rate Prepped more highly. Louise and her amazing team genuinely care about our daughter's wellbeing and education. Her tutoring is tailored to her needs. We are very grateful.

My son needed a little support to achieve his potential in his maths GCSE. I chose Prepped Academy after speaking to Louise who was so helpful and friendly. The location suited us as my son could attend his lesson each week, straight after school. Also, the ability to pay in monthly instalments was really useful and receiving mini-reports to track his progress kept us informed.
What helped most however, was his tutor, Ruairi, who genuinely seemed invested in getting my son through his exam preparation and boosting his confidence. In the end, it all came good, and he has just received the result he needed for his next step in education. A big thanks to Louise, Ruairi and the rest of the team at Prepped. I would 100% recommend.

Such a great experience for my children to learn with friendly tutors- they especially love the snacks and drinks!
