It helped me pass the TSA test on the first try!! I really recommend it for anyone thats looking to practice. Do focus on the 3D to 2D part since its the hardest in the test IMO.

Signed up last minute for this TSA prep terminal online test study course. I crammed for about five days took the test that following weekend I passed. It’s easy to follow. I highly recommended it.

The course that I signed up for was the TSA CBT Test Prep course. I reviewed the course for around two to three weeks. The material in there was definitely enough to get you to pass the test. Having said that, I of course passed as well. I strongly recommend the course to anyone that wants to pass the test on the first try.

I passed! I bought this and another. Buy this its less $ and is whats on the test.

The english test is good to practise.

I was able to use the practice tests to gain an understanding of what was going to be on the critical tests. This helped me pass the critical test and move onto an interview.

Excellent program and well used. If you want to achieve any job test, this program will increase significantly your chances. I'll definitely use this service once again.

I was unable to access to the website for an entire day due to "SSL Certificate Invalid". I emailed; no reponse. I submitted a work ticket; no response. Several days later; still no response. I would advise not to be fooled by the companies claim of having "24/7 Customer Service".

I purchased PrepTerminal's TSA Test Prep Course. I found the course helpful and it helped me be less stressed about the test. I would recommend this course to anyone worried about taking their test.

Overall very good, has good information and is helping me with my current career path choice. Only problem I can see is typos can be pretty frequent, but nothing that makes it unable to be understood.

It was a good experience but my one criticism is that it was more difficult than the actual test.

In the Critical Call testing I really had problems with the map reading part. Even with my computer glasses there was no way to make the map larger so I could see the street names and the name on some of the buildings.
In the part where your had to hear a caller and try to remember what they were saying. It was unclear as to whose name to type on the screen. The caller, reporting party or the injured party.

Just as a side note, I am not sure of the demeanor of the call taker. Seemed more concerned about the caller's safety (who witnessed the event) than the event itself. Almost too many questions. Just 'Get the facts' Just my perception after being in Law Enforcement for so Long.

The test prep allowed me to focus on what mattered. No guessing on what will be on the test. This guided practice helped me improve my times and I landed the job.

I used the Ramsay Maintenance Test Course. Nice, refreshing course for myself. Helped out with a lot of the things I forgot over the years. Helped me with my confidence to find my new job after spending over 2 decades with my last job! I give it an A+!

I paid for the Ramsay MultiCraft test prep and found it to be very helpful in finding out what knowledge I lacked before taking an actual Ramsay test.

The NYS trooper prep terminal course most certainly does a great job on getting you familiar with everything on the exam. there were a few things i studied that weren’t on the exam, the questions on the exam are WAY harder then the prep terminal samples. but overall it does a good job making you familiar.
