This company is a scam. I cancelled my account and they continued to take money via paypal. They also send you no confirmation of your account being cancelled, do not respond to emails or their website chat box. they deserve to be investigated and the site taken down.
It's a scam. They take money an do nothing. They don't reply to emails and they are just kids in a basement scamming people.
This company is really bad. Their staff (their CEO, called Jordi) is really unprofessional. He stopped answering to the emails I sent him in regards an issue i had with a presave campaign that didn't work at all (i didn't receive the pre-saves). - In addition, another artist I work with used his service and the links didn't work well on release day. Then, this artist was charged an extra month and Jordi from Presave.io replied saying that he would make a refund and asked for a PayPal address: After providing the PayPal, the refund was never made to the artist and Presave.io stopped answering to all his follow up emails. This kind of companies cannot continue. Is so unprofessional, such a poor customer service. And the worse part is that it's the CEO himself (Jordi) who treats clients like this. I do not recommend it at all, I won't ever work with them again. Better to find other options, as there are many companies offering this service.
