This journey has been great! I’m about 50% through. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to help others and this course provides wisdom that is equipping me to counsel well.

User friendly and understandable.

I would give you 5 stars cause it seemed like a well written course.

The lessons are biblically based there real case studies and detailed oriented. So I can follow what's written and learn from each case study rather good or bad

It was Ok. The only thing really was I couldn’t find where you can go back and change my answers in the test. After checking my score, I wanted to go back as It says you can and I even emailed asking where and how I do that. I received a reply but still couldn’t find the button for that.

I’m still waiting on my PAID for Certificate. Thanks

Wondering and important information The program is easy to understand.

The online course was convenient and I could take the classes at my convenience. I looked forward to each section. I learned a lot. I feel like it covered a lot of ground.

I absolutely LOVE the content. Very well written.
I am frustrated with the "tech" end. I'm currently frozen on Lesson 4 quiz. It won't let me continue. Your staff is working on it and indicated they would let me know when the system is repaired. I really have enjoyed the lessons so far. I'm excited to apply my knew knowledge soon.

Communication needs to be better. I had a hard time getting into the site because of PW problems. I reached out for a phone call, and no one called me. I did get an email.

Hard to understand which sections have an audio or not. Very hard to navigate from section to section. Very frustrating not knowing why, and there is no one to talk to. No answer to my emails for any support. Paid the fee and basically left alone. Very bad experience so far at module 4.
