DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing a dog towel for my dog. It was poor quality and far too big so posted it back to China for a refund - cost of which was £19 (£6 less than the actual item...) Like others have said, they promote themselves as a UK company. I made sure that I tracked the item with Royal Mail. It safely arrived, however when chasing the refund 3 weeks later, I was told that they had no idea where I had got the returns address from despite it being on the paperwork that they included in the parcel?!! I really hate companies like this when there are so many genuine businesses trying to keep going during these difficult times. I really don't know how they can sleep at night scamming people like this, but then again I have a conscience. My lesson has been learned and I will make sure that I am more careful in doing research before buying from unknown companies online in the future. Hope this review can save others the misfortune!

I ordered a dog collar in a medium I waited a month for this item to be received. When I received the collar I tried it on my dog and it was tiny its definitely not a medium. I then looked to send this item back as it was no good to me, the terms and conditions does not state that I need to return this item back to the main supply centre as they do not accept goods back to their one in London. I had to pay £12.85 to send this item back to china which took over a month for them to receive! I emailed their customer service team and i only got offered 30% refund which i was therefore utterly disgusted by this!
When they received the item and looked at it they said I wasn't able to receive any refund due to having the item personalised. I then checked their website to see if this was true, it wasnt it does not state on their that personalised items cannot be returned. As i paid through PayPal I opened a dispute with them as this is very infuriating, PayPal then ruled in my favour and refunded a full refund please avoid this despicable company!!

We bought an all-weather dog coat from them which ripped after only three wears. We emailed customer services to inform them, but we’re advised as it was over thirty days, we weren’t entitled for a refund or exchange. In our opinion, it shouldn’t matter about the length of time you’ve had something - good quality should not rip after only 3 wears. Will not be purchasing from them again.

If you are unfortunate enough like I was to order from this company before reading the reviews, here's what I did to get my ordered refund. I sent photos direct to present pet demanding a refund, obviously they stated the 20 percent off to which i declined and they kept telling me to send the tiny dog coat back, I contacted clear pay to inform them issues who put a hold on the account and also my paying bank to cancel any further payments, I kept on at present pet who by the way its not hard to find the details off the young man who is using this drop shipper via companies House and is based in london I contacted trading standards and informed them off the scam operating and basically did not stop in my efforts with present pet till they refunded the initial payment and cancelled the payment plan with clear pay. Keep on at them, most people give up, I wasn't going too even if it was just for 34.99

I ordered 2 dog coats at the beginning of January - a week later they stated they didn’t have that colour now so could I choose a different colour - did that - what a surpry2 weeks later said they didn’t have that colour did I want the remaining colour - absolutely not- requested a refund - emailed me on 26th January to say refund issued and to allow 3-5 business days - guess what no refund received- absolutely fuming what a trashy trash company - avoid at all costs!!!!!

Back in November 2020 I ordered a Christmas present for my cats. It is now mid Feb 2021 and the toy is still not here and my requests for a refund have resulted in nothing. Don't use this company.

A disappointing experience with Presentpet and putting me off from further purchases from China.
The dog coat I ordered arrived with a different design feature to that shown on their website.
I replied immediately with photographs pointing out this fault. Eventually I was advised this feature was an upgrade. I replied that they had assumed and taken for granted that I would find this acceptable; the item was not that which I had ordered and paid for in good faith.
They requested repeatedly that I return the item at my own expense while at the same time indicating this was both hazardous and unreliable. They would prefer me to keep the item (unwanted) and accept 20% refund.
All in all a decidedly tedious experience demonstrating a very one way company sadly lacking in customer service.
The coat shall be going to my local Dog Rescue hence the single star.

If I could leave 0 stars I would - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - THEY ARE LYING ROBBERS
I ordered a dog bed and they sent me one that looks tatty, used and was literally damaged coming away at the thread.
It arrived vacuum packed, in poor condition and completely flat looking absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised
They do not accept refunds unless you send it back to China and pay the charges!
I feel cheated and robbed by this company!

SCAM COMPANY We ordered a dog coat which when it came was not the size as per their measurement chart we sent this back at our cost to the postcode that came with the delivery
they then offered us to keep the product and take a 6% refund on a £30 product even though we had sent it back, on persuing our refund they informed us that this should have been sent back to a warehouse in China!!! I am resigned to having both lost my money on both the product and the postage cost for the return Do not use this company they are scam artists!!!!!!!

Bed company. Does not state at time of purchase where its shipped from. Ow i xant return

Absolutely dreadful. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Still waiting for my goods after a month of ordering. It is not even at the distribution centre. By the time I get the coat I ordered for my puppy it is likely to be too small. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade. They should have “no stars”....wish this was an option.

Honestly don’t bother ordering through this company..... Be warned took ages for pet of my order to arrive and still waiting on the rest of it after spending nearly £200 their response is negative and there tracking system is useless overall I’d say don’t buy a thing through them ... BE WARNED

If I could give no stars then I would. This company is awful - doesn’t offer a full refund for faulty goods unless you fork out for sending it back to China. Daylight robbery! I would recommend NOT USING this site.

One star is generous!! I’d give zero if I could. Terrible company. They’re actually based in China so it’s a min 3 week wait for your goods. I needed to return the goods and I had no idea they were in China till I needed to return. I had to pay for international shipping which was £11. I didn’t realise that this wouldn’t provide me with a tracking number and without a tracking number they won’t refund! So I paid £54 for the goods, £11 postage to return and can’t get any of it back!! They won’t even check the warehouse in China to see if they’ve received them back! WORST COMPANY IVE EVER BOUGHT FROM

STAY AWAY! Waited 7 weeks to receive my goods. One of them was faulty and was advised I would have to pay to ship the goods back to China at my own expense to be examined before a refund would be issued. I am taking the site up with a trading ombudsman. Awful!

I ordered two of their so called luxury beds. What arrived was awful and of no use to my two big dogs. Like others, I learnt that to return the items, you have to ship them back to China at your own expense. They offered me a refund which was what I would receive if I spent £74 shipping the beds to China. I accepted the £46 and vowed never to use them again. This company should be shut down.

In spite of the negative reviews, the service has been first-class! I was updated regularly on my purchase and received the goods as promised. The company is making a great effort to turn itself around, I hope more people’s experience will be similar to mine.
