Uselt! Fick ingen vara och inget svar på mejjl

Ger helst ingen stjärna alls! Fick ingen vara levererad! Betalade i förskott, fick meddelande att den levererats av Earlybird, kollade brevlådan tidigt samma morgon, inget paket. Kollade med Earlybird som hänvisar till Presentträdet. Har mejlat Presentträdet flera gånger utan att få svar. Handlar mycket på nätet och det har alltid funkat bra. Kommer ALDRIG mer att handla från Presentträdet.
Tycker att man åtminstone kan svara på ens mejl!!!

BESTÄLL INTE!!

Om det fanns 0 stjärnor så hade jag gett de. Produkten uppfyllde inte alls förväntningarna och jag ville använda mina 14 dagars ångerrätt. Men när jag kontaktade företaget angående detta så säger de att jag själv får står för returkonstaden till Kina. Som troligtvis kommer kosta mer än vad produkten gjorde. Känner mig grundlurad..

Oseriöst företag.

Oseriös kundservice. Håller inte leveranstiderna de lovar. Retur ok 14 dagar men bekostas av kunden. Returen ska skickas till Nederländerna vilket kostar flera hundra kronor för ett vanligt standardpaket.
