Items exploded and spoiled on arrival- ignored by customer service- still waiting for replacement or refund
I ordered a soup and juice cleanse for the new year. The soups arrived a one had exploded covering all the other items. I immediately emailed the customer services and sent pictures- I was unable to complete/ start due to the exploded item and would need a replacement. I received a response stating that the items would be sent out. I then received a further email stating the case was closed and so I responded saying I was waiting for the missing items. Three weeks later I am still waiting- I then received an email asking me to rate the excellent customer service I received for and the complaint being resolved. Unfortunately, I do not recommend, I am still waiting for my missing soup, I never got to complete the full programme and would like a refund for the spoiled item. The cheap offers from Press ensure they provide poor customer service and poor delivery. Avoid.
PRESS when you read this I’d like a refund for the soup that exploded all over my order or the soup to be redelivered as you promised.

Clearly not fresh
I have been a regular customer but very unimpressed with my last order where the juices tasted old and not fresh made at all - I reached out to let them know in the hope it won’t happen again but very upset it seems like I have just spend a lot of money and couldn’t even complete the cleanse as by day three they were just too disgusting to drink -
I did order my last ones in December and they were great and I do regularly get the celery drinks so hope this was a once off
But has put me off ordering again as I don’t want to spend that money and not be able to use the drinks

Some of the meals are great but some do not taste so good, I wish I had spent more time swapping them around, same with the drinks. The concept is very good that if you only eat that you loose weight and it does work. I like that some contain chicken

Recently purchased the 3 day signature juice cleanse, was skeptical but really pleased with the results. Lost 5.2lbs in 3 days, the drinks really do fill you up I was surprised how well I coped without eating during the time I was doing the cleanse. I did struggle with the taste of some of the drinks but that was down to personal preference. Will definitely do again!

Positive results but mixed journey
Arrived on time and in chilled boxes. All content were there. No instructions though or a link to what to do. Also what to do after the cleanse. We had the same juice/soup for 3 days which was rather dull. Would have been nice to mix it up. We had 2 green greens each day which were unpleasant. Good value for money but a few changes and I would have been happier. It has worked and I feel great but was thinking about ordering the 5.2 pack but with the lack of support (info) I will try another company. We all want something different out of these cleanses and the product alone isn’t enough to make the experience one I would recommend to others.
