Totally delicious and so good for me

109 g of sugar in 1 day Advanced Cleanse!
The good:
- Timely delivery with great packaging
-Products seem to be clean and of high quality
The bad:
- I could literally feel my blood sugar spike one day 1 of the Advanced Cleanse. This led me to check the ingredients and I was extremely disappointed to find that despite the cleanse only adding up to under 700 Calories for one day, the juices actually contain over 100g of sugar (it doesn't matter that this is naturally occurring, sugar is sugar).

Try it, You might like it, plus it’s healthy
The experience of receiving the Press containers was ok, but a few of the bottles we squashed abit and the 1 of ice bags had a leak in them so abit of water through box.
The juices are amazing and what a way to cleanse your body of toxins.

The drinks and soups were great but I did a 3 day advanced and the same soups every day got a little repetitive especially the evening meal one.

Food taste
Ordering and selecting meal plans and choices was great and smooth.
Unfortunately the food did not taste as expected - specifically the breakfast pot options and meals. Food taste and texture was not as expected and I could not continue the food plan.
The soups and juices were good depending on flavours chosen.

However, I am sorry that the Meals and Breakfast Pots did not meet expectations and that left you unable to complete the Plan as you had hoped. We really appreciate the constructive feedback and I will pass this along to our Head of Product. We are actually in the process of developing some new meal options so these should be up on the website soon and we do hope you are able to give us another try in the future. We are currently limited to the 2 x Breakfast pot options but if the texture is not to your liking, a favourite of mine is our Apple and Cinnamon Breakfast Shake if this might be a better alternative for you - we have a Strawberry and Almond flavour too.
I do hope you were able to enjoy the majority of the products received and that you are able to try some of the other range available soon!

Doesn’t match to My Fitness Pal
So, being a veggie it’s hard for me to get my protein grams up. I’ve purchased already and happy with 4 out of the 5 meals I ordered. However, the nutritional info is completely different and way off when I scan the barcode on my fitness pal. This is not great and had to report. However, I’ve just ordered more as it’s great for me to take to work and I’ll purchase again

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made. Every single juice was completely undrinkable — the taste was so bad I couldn’t even finish one without feeling sick. I was genuinely worried I’d make myself ill if I tried to force them down. It’s an absolute waste of money, I paid nearly £200 and I regret every penny of it and I wouldn’t recommend this cleanse to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment (and the nausea).

the Beginner Juice Cleanse that you have opted for. This is one of our entry level Cleanses and offers a great variety of our range and is one of our highest calorie offerings.
In our experience, it can sometimes take time to get used to a few of the Juices like our Celery Juice or Lean Greens as they are just made up of green veggies and sometimes a squeeze of lemon with no artificial flavours added. However, some of the other Products like the Turmeric Glow or Apple and Cinnamon Shake are very popular so I am sorry that you are not enjoying these either. As you have mentioned feeling nausea during the Cleanse I will pop over an email to you now to follow up and check in as I can see your 3 day Cleanse was delivered yesterday so you will likely have a day or 2 remaining and we are eager for your feedback and to understand where the products may have fallen short for you on this occasion.

Exemplary customer service
I’ve previously used the four week wedding detox ( which was great), and am just doing my first cleanse ( three day sugar detox). I was a bit apprehensive about this, I thought I would really struggle and be hungry and grumpy - but far from it! I have actually enjoyed it so much I’m thinking about incorporating it into my general routine. As well as the high quality of the products, I have to also note that the customer service is exemplary, in fact I can’t think of any other organisation that gives this amount of care, consideration, and quick response to their customers. I recently spoke with Yasmin about an issue I had with delivery and it was sorted out immediately - she went above and beyond to make sure my (minor) issue was dealt with.

Fantastic food and customer service
Fantastic food, healthy, helps take away the mental stress often associated with food and cooking. The recipes are good and they are adding new ones which creates variety as I can swap meals every few weeks. The main thing I have been so impressed with and keeps me ordering each week is the customer service. It's so easy to make requests, they never think you're being too particular and the answer has always been "yes" and very helpful. It makes such a difference to have a positive association with a regular delivery service and with a food company both of which I have found to be regimented sectors. Thank you Press for making it easy to eat a varied and healthy diet. I would like to give a shout out to Yasmin in the customer service team who has been super helpful and a big part of making Press feel like an easy food solution - thank you Yasmin!
