Amazing benefit of my library card

I’ve been using Presreader since the start of the pandemic and it’s absolutely brilliant. I can read most national newspapers and top magazines and it’s all provided via my library card so no monthly fee. Don’t understand why everyone doesn’t use it.

Absolutely fantastic!

I recently contacted Pressreader with a customer service query and was delighted by their efficiency. The issue was completely resolved a mere 2 minutes after I messaged them. Absolutely fantastic!

Shameful Beratement By NY (USA) Voicer

I had a vicious and unwarranted insulting attack by a certain morally bankrupt USA citizen about my valid comment about the silly Brittney Griner trade for criminal Russian arms dealers, Viktor Bout. The asinine response by Nick P. was insensitive and immature. Press Reader should police their website and chastise this person from their platform. To be called an "idiot" by an American for my subjective and academic view is mean spirited malice. I hardly qualify as an "idiot" with a bachelor university degree, 3 College (academic) Diplomas, and 20 others certificates as a former lawman, I doubt my opponents can boast about such accreditations than a juvenile vent against my good name.

We can agree to disagree, but derogative contents by two American (N.P. and another who hides behind an unknown label) is unwarranted and should not be tolerated if Press Reader has values. I tried to get this deleted by contacting the Vancouver, Canada office but they failed to enact on a legitimate complaint. Shame on Press Readers to permit bullying online. Nick P. what you incorrectly label me applies to your low IQ, shame!

No fulfillment on subscriptions

No fulfillment on subscriptions! I ordered 2 Rue magazines paying over $5 for each issue (Nov. 22) and never rec'd them. Around that time, someone stole my credit card info that I used for this transaction and took over $700 out of my account. I don't trust PressReader at all and have deleted my account.

They took my Cr C payment and set me a link and sent a 2nd email say they would send me a temp pass word which has never materialized
I have called the local # and emailed several times on occasion I have recused response email sayin they have resent said password which has never arrived
I am calling my Cr C company to Cancel the payment
The service is sadly lacking and no wonder the news paper industry is in a downward spiral if this is how they service 40+ Year plus clients

I am working with for a company that…

I am working with for a company that has partnership with press reader and our hotel guests can access the press reader by connecting to our hotel Wi-Fi, hence no need to pay for subscription fees. I was simply impressed with how many publications I could find even the ones from back in my country. On this day and age where almost everyone is on their phone, press reader comes in handy if you love to read current news and magazines and keep yourself up to date. The app is also easy to navigate. Just two clicks away from reading your favorite newspaper.

The ft decided to use this cheap…

The ft decided to use this cheap alternative to what used to be an amazing experience with olivesoftware. It's like it hasn't been updated since the 1990s. Terrible UX blurry and zooming removes text and can't even read the titles used to be able to see all text. They have to put in blue shading to show what might be clickable. Unbelievably cheap experience that feels so beta. Reckon I could get a better version coded in a weekend from India for 2k. How does this company survive with such a terrible product?

Absolute lying scum

There scumbags have a untrue article about me l was cleared of all wrong doings not guilty. Am taking legal action against anyone that makes these claims against me l was harassed bullyed attacked by the people that live in Gateside crescent Barrhead it's been proven. And those scumbags are going to face legal action.

Might be the worst reader on the web

God, this is the most awful web experience I have had in a long time.
Awkward UI meets crappy usability.
Icons that could mean anything.
Weird scrolling behaviour, with loading times (!) and popup menus.

Just terrible.

What a rubbish service. I assume that in the UK our libraries pay this outfit for providing library users with free access. Except you can rarely ever get it. I have endlessly signed in with my library card and got nowhere. I hate it.
