My order was dispatched as promised and the quality of the product was brilliant.

Real issues with the delivery company. It is not DPD it DPD interlink the cheaper company that cannot make an effort to deliver. After the first delivery attempt to the WRONG address I downloaded the app, the second attempt was again at the WRONG address this despite downloading the delivery app and adding pictures. The third attempt was at local place. This is not directly Prestat's fault but charging for a premium service and offering a second rate delivery company sours the experience. I've only ordered twice a few years apart and this is the last time.

Prestat produces the very best chocolates in this country. It’s terrible news that their shop in Piccadilly has closed but on line there are the main choices. Hopefully more types (eg coffee creams) will return and a proper shop too. Prestat is a unique and wonderful brand and their Rose and Violet creams are the very best!! I have shopped there for years.

I wanted to buy a box of champagne truffles before Christmas, but they were sold out.
After Christmas I found them in the sale in boxes of Christmas Tree baubles. Six in each box. I bought six boxes.
They are still very delicious.
