Terrible customer support

I recently bought a TV console from this website. When it got delivered, I saw that they tried to send me 2 of them. After that I investigated and found out that their website had a bug that didn't disable the "add to cart" button, and made it super easy to accidentally add 2 items instead of 1. After sending even a screen recording of this to their support, instead of being grateful they still deny this and want me to pay an extra restocking fee.
They false advertise on their website to offer "hassle free returns", however this has been the biggest hassle I've ever encountered.
