So, I have been fortunate to own a few nice watches in my time and currently have two different Omega Seamasters which required servicing. One is a daily wear and one was my father’s watch which to me is priceless so finding a trustworthy place to have them serviced is very important to me.

I have usually had them serviced by a well know local watch specialist although on this occasion I decided to try and find someone new. Prestige Watches are a local specialist to me who I decided to entrust my first watch to after meeting Marcelo and being impressed with his knowledge about all things ‘watch’ related.

I explained I was having trouble with the crown and that it may require a new unit although he talked me through the process and stated he’d keep me informed as to whether they could fix the old crown or I would indeed require a replacement . It did indeed require a new crown which they sourced - not an easy task due to the age of the watch- and less than two weeks later I received my ‘old’ watch back looking like new.

The service I received , from explaining the process , the cost of the service and what to expect, far exceeded what I was expecting. So many companies - in my opinion - are only after your money and fail to provide an “old fashion” customer service experience. Prestige Watch is not one of those companies and restored my faith that you can find a good local business that takes pride in not only their service but puts the customer first .

I would highly recommended this company and as such I shall now be sending my father’s watch to them for the same treatment.
